- hey team, get out of a negative cycle with me! I’ve been stressed and overwhelmed lately, so I want to show you what I do to feel productive, happy & motivated again! if you're ever in a rut, remember to get all the rest you need and do all the things that make you feel healthier and happier.

My biggest reason to workout is the struggle with depression... It's very hard doing anything because when something doesn't work out as I want I tend to feel useless or not important. But whenever I do a workout or go for a run I feel happy and like I am able to do something where a lot of people fail. And this makes me feel amazing 😅❤

I had to smile when you came back with all of your shopping bags after your yoga class... 💗 No, there's absolutely nothing wrong with being an introvert. Being an introvert doesn't mean you're anti-social or prefer to be alone all the time, it just means you handle stimuli differently than those on the more extroverted side of the spectrum. If you're nervous system is chronically overstimulated and dysregulated all non-processed feelings, emotions etc. will somehow find a way to leave the body (via a panic attack etc.), so finding strategies to regulate your nervous system like you suggest - like working on a jigsaw puzzle, taking a regenerative yoga class, talking to a loved on etc. is really the best you can do. I've been feeling very often lately that I'm simply overloaded and exhausted. What has helped me is, on the one hand, acceptance, trying to surround myself with the feeling that I don't always have to give a thousand percent and it's okay. And the silence. Cooking, walking, slow exercise, distance from social media. And honesty, with friends, with others. More people understand than you think. :) I'm so proud of you for sharing your struggles with us! :)
Will be watching for sure. Been in a rut for a month. Feeling unmotivated and like i lost the enthusiasm for something I enjoyed and always made me feel good and with a better energy for the day.

I can relate to you, craving alone time when you exhausted and stressed. It’s an important mechanism to balance out your energy and truly hear yourself. Also, I’d like to surround myself with nature, go for a walk at the park or simply just laying on the grass. I believe nature can absorb negative emotions.

One thing that i must admit first is that i've never been the kind of girl that watches vlogs, i don't know why it wasn't something i was interested in.
That being said, i've been subscribed to your other channel, and when you started this channel and posting vlogs, i really felt drawn to it because of you and your wonderful personality.

(33 y/o) and i can tell you i relate a lot to the things you said, i'm an introvert, i'm an overthinker, and sometimes I judge myself for it as well.
You're very brave for showing and sharing when you feel vulnerable and that you actually take action to feel better, which is something i have to work on. Your authenticity makes you immensely valuable and unique. ✨️⭐️✨️

Hi Anna. A wonderful way to get out of that negative cycle is to get a forgiveness journal. Start writing down who have hurt you emotionally or even physically. As you remember, write it down. Write down what you forgive them for and then release it. Start with your father, then your mother, then yourself, siblings, friends, colleagues, teachers. It is a process. Many times, a woman's hormones are disrupted because of emotional trauma and rejection, fear, anxiety and stress.

Your video inspired me to comment here, someone once told me that the difference between an introvert and extrovert person is that the first charge “its batteries” going inside and the second outside. There is nothing wrong with introvert people, they just need to go inside to really charge and refill their energy 🤍 and I feel totally identified with it

I am ambivert. It depends on day, situation and how I feel. But I am definetly 50%extrovert and 50% introvert.
I like to be with people but I need alone time everyday. It is important as breathing.
I am a mother and I love to be with my son who is extrovert. But every evening when he is sleeping I need few hours quiet and slow myself time.
When I listen and respect myself things are well. Natural rythm is the best. Balance is everything ❤

its not sunday without Anna’s sweet voice
It took me a long time to recognize how much I need time to myself. I am a social person but if i dont have alone and quiet time i lose my mind. I love my husband and stepchildren but boy did i STRUGGLE initially trying to fit in time to to still have for myself. I underestimated big time how much kids want to be in your face all the time and how to demand time for myself amidst all of life s demands.

Mir geht es so, wenn ich mehrere Nachtdienste hintereinander habe im Krankenhaus. Ich fühle mich dann sehr isoliert. Tagsüber versuche ich zu schlafen, abends gehe ich dann arbeiten.
