It’s not simple at all. I had to pay $$$ and waited more than 1 year for the US immigration to process my document. I always paid out of tuition fees, paid extra for other stuff to stay in the US as a foreigner until I became a permanent resident.

Your video title makes it seem like the influx is coincidental to the expiration of Title 42. It is deliberate. Finish building the wall. Deploy 50,000 National Guard troops to patrol those areas not secured. Deploy LIDAR/ground penetrating radar to detect tunnels coming across the border then deploy explosives to remove them. Limit all pedestrian/non-commercial traffic at ports of entry to those with valid passports/work visas. Scan all cargo on commercial vehicles to locate heat signatures and utilize drug detection simultaneously. If vehicles are shielded from scan, they should be detained so the contents can be emptied and reviewed.
And send them back to Europe

What exactly does "without a legal basis mean? It's such a nebulous concept as to have little meaning. The whole idea of asylum has over the past 50 years become so distorted by subsequent legislation and Supreme court rulings as to defeat the original purpose of asylum. The original intent was to provide sanctuary to foreigners who have aided American international agendas and as a result are personally threatened with violence, torture or even death by some foreign government. As an example, South Korean or Vietnamese citizens that directly worked for the US during those wars. A general sense of an uncomfortable existence in one's own country due to corrupt governments or countries taken over by organized crime Did Not Qualify because that sort of thing can happen anywhere and was not a result of any specific person being involved in American global agendas. One consequence that should be expected based upon hiw asylum is currently viewed is, the more foreigners that are admitted without a "legitimate" and direct threat the more people there will be exercising political pressure to twist immigration law so their families or friends can use the same excuses for entry. The argument that asylum seekers "want a better life" is completely bogus. One has to wonder, did they ever hear of fighting for a better life in their native country? It's up to citizens to rid themselves of corrupt government or a nation controlled by gangs in order to make their own country "a better place to live".
Well 1st you need to look at how the US is involved in a country. Look up Banana wars, where us invaded Nicaragua and to this day has an influence in the country. Both social and economic. Take Nicaragua for an example, their president has been in office for 14 years and he removes any competition and kills those that oppose him. It’s basically a dictatorship. People are fleeing for that and ofc since USA has their nose in everyone’s business they offer asylum because they are fleeing from dictatorship. People love their country and wish to stay, Nicaragua has been fighting in civil war and lots of people have died. The USA wants human capita. Also if people didn’t come here for a “better life” this territory of land would be filled with natives, and this country wouldn’t exists.

And even though Europeans stole it from the Native Americans the view at the time was there was plenty of land for everyone and resources to explore. The population at the time the Constitution was ratified is estimated to be only about 3 Million. Today it's over 100 times that many and natural resources are far fewer. There are millions of unemployed Americans many of which are too lazy to clean toilets or flip burgers, harvest their own food, etc. But is the answer permitting millions of more people into the country? I don't think so. The Colonists did something you seem to be overlooking. They fought a war to free themselves from tyranny. That war was fought not in Europe but here in North America. There were lives sacrificed and many of the leaders of the American Revolution put there own lives and fortunes on the line to gain their independence. People of foreign countries should be willing to sacrifice to free themselves from tyranny instead of running from it and foisting themselves upon a nation that no longer has the space, resources, an actual need for more people. Human history informs us that freedom is never fully appreciated unless freedom seekers personally sacrifice to gain it, even if it for future generations. The illegals crossing American borders aren't really sacrificing, they're just running.
