NICU nurse here! No one’s gonna judge you for bringing a suitcase, they’ll just automatically know this is your first time! 🤣 all jokes aside, you do what makes you feel prepared and comfortable girl!! The hospital will also have pretty much everything you’ll need 💖
I have a question is it rare that I was born 2 months early and the people at the hospital said I would be late on everything I was just fine on everything sooo….
@@piper8040 Hi! Being premature can bring complications with development, etc. However, there is a lot of factors that are involved, like the mothers prenatal care, your families medical history/genetics, and so much more! So depending on things like this would definitely cater to that. I’m glad that it didn’t effect you the way they predicted!!
Great job filming Abby, I'm impressed!! I'm a retired nurse, worked many years in postpartum/ nursery...... Most all new Moms pack a little extra, but it's what you want and what makes you comfortable. You are very thoughtful in choosing what to bring for all three of you!! I'm sending you good vibes for an uncomplicated, easy delivery! Can't wait to meet your Little Dude!! All of God's Blessings to all of you 💜
I had my first baby 3 months ago. I packed my hospital bag & pretended I was going on a fun trip. The nurses told me that staying positive is the key to having a good labor & delivery. Having a good mindset WILL help you have a good outcome!💝
A little trick I learned from when I had my kids (they are 19, 17 and 15) is when I needed cooling pads, for breasts or down there care. I was told to wet a diaper so it swells up and place it in the freezer. Works wonders as a cold pack. I have loved following your pregnancy journey. You "dudes" are the best qnd my favorite youtubers!!
Being a first time mom is a lot but you’re going to do great! I’d HIGHLY recommend bringing a blanket and your own pillow! That was one of the best things I brought and made me feel more comfortable and at home which is all you really want after going through labor! Praying for you guys and baby💙
@@melissavalentine6830 I’ve never given birth but hospital blankets are so thin! I was inpatient once for an awful asthma attack and what nobody tells you is after your body is slightly deprived of oxygen for a prolonged period you get really cold and the hospital blankets DID NOT cut it
I haven't watched the whole video yet, but in my experience I barely used anything I brought in my hospital bag! Our hospital was amazing and provided allll the diapers and wipes for our son, ice pack pads for me and really all the postpartum care things, and anything else that I might have potentially needed as a new mama! So your mom is right - just anything you would need to go overnight somewhere! ❤ You got this, mama! You look absolutely beautiful!
Girl! I feel this video in my soul from when my daughter was born. It’s going to depend on your hospital. A lot of the stuff that you’ve packed, my hospital gave me. Don’t feel bad for taking the things they give you. You’ll understand when you get your bill. The nipple shields you may not need. It all depends how lil dude latches. My daughter struggled to latch so I used shields with every feeding, my son on the other hand only needed to use it for the first few days or whenever my nipples were sore/raw. I have so much I could tell you that no one told me when I went in! I would also suggest Tuks pads and/or earth mama perineal spray. That stuff saved my life!
Hey girl, love you! And I can’t wait to see your little baby boy! But let’s just take a moment to appreciate the fact that Abby still puts effort into videos even while she is about to have a kid! Can’t wait to see this little baby boy grow up by the best parents, and the kindest ones!
Honestly for a first time mama, I think you did a phenomenal job!! You’re so precious, and as a mom of two I find these “pack with me” with pregnant FTMs to be the sweetest things!
I packed just like Abby for my first delivery, and used like, 2 things the whole time 🤣 it ended up being more to unpack after we got home than I wanted to, BUT, every single new mom wants to feel prepared. You learn as you go. Maternal instincts kicked in and Abby’s will too! You got it, girl! Xoxox
From a first time mom all of your after care stuff can stay at home!!!! The hospital provides everything and you can ask for extras! Trust me! I packed the same kit and didn't use any of it except socks. Have the after birth care already set up in your bathroom at home before you leave so you don't have to worry about it when you get home after having your little dude, It took way too much space. Bring everything home that the hospital gives you includong diapers!
Came to say this also! Set up a little basket in the bathroom with all your aftercare within an easy grasp. Bending while sitting on the toilet is not the mood 😂
How exciting! A few tips… -pack 0-3 month as well for clothes in case he’s on the bigger end -nipple shields can help with latching but aren’t necessary for everyone -ask your doctor what they provide for postpartum care..you may not need to bring pads and ice packs -oh and outfits for the baby that have hand covers already built in are great! Mittens can fall off so easily but maybe you’ll like them 🙂 -snacks are great to have -bring some headphones
You can always call the hospital and ask what they have available for postpartum supplies! I've never seen a hospital that doesn't supply all that but its always good to check :)
Our local hospital will supply many postpartum items but they will charge you for every little thing you use. Might as well purchase and bring what you actually want instead.
@@AmysAttitude that is true but if you're using just 1 item out of a bag you might as well take the rest of the bag home since they charged you for it anyway.
When I gave birth to my last one they had to prescribe me the pain relieving spray and of course my insurance got charged for it! Even charged and prescribed for Ibuprofen which I didnt need had more than enough at home already. I still had more than enough pain spray in the 1st can they gave me!!! Now both are just sitting in my cabinet. My kids have been using them to take away the pain from bug bites or when they fall an scrape their knees.
I’m 33 w pregnant with baby #3 (also in AZ) and I feel you on the breathlessness and the HEAT 😂 If you have a nursing pillow, I recommend bringing that because it works so much better than bunching up bed pillows. Good luck with your delivery!
Cant wait to see your little one! Good wishes for the last weeks. Would also recomend: preagnancy pillow, a good bottle for water/drink, slippers for the shower, lipbalm, notebook to remember all the details from birth
I’d recommend packing a heating pad or heating blanket for your back! I just watched a labor/delivery video where they used one during the contractions and said it was very comforting so i immediately put it on my hospital bag list!!
As excited & energetic as Abby is in this video I would expect her to go into labor within 24 hours. Can hardly wait for this baby to be born I feel like an expectant grandma for her.
Praying for a safe and healthy baby and mama for the rest of the pregnancy journey! Also abby is glowing in this video! She is so pretty! Cant wait to see lil dude!
Today I couldn't be able to stop myself from commenting. 1 and half year back I randomly saw your video on UA-cam where you guys were watching your wedding video . I felt so good and I subscribed your channel right after that . After that I watched every single video of you guys and I felt so goodddd and The moment you guys revealed about your pregnancy I became so much happier and this journey throughout was so amazing and inspiring for me . You guys are living very simple yet the most beautiful life and today watching this video made me Emotional. I said in one of the previous video that little dude is going to be blessed with best parents and today i will repeat that again . I am so happy for you guys . Abby and Matt wish you a very smooth and beautiful journey ahead ♥️
Labor & Delivery nurse here ❤️ You bring and pack whatever you feel You need mama. It is part of the process. Everyone has a different hospital experience so you might use a lot of it, you might use almost none of it. Couple tips…. 1. We recommend babies stay in just a diaper while there to promote the most skin to skin we can 2. All of your clothing should provide easy access to the “girls”. Think buttons 3. I always brought my own swaddle blankets for baby. 4.they will have ice pads and disposable undies if you want to save yours for home. 5. Whatever you wear when baby is born will be soaked and dirty. I usually tell my patients to save their cute gowns for after baby. You got this mama❤️❤️
You did an AWESOME job filming girl! I do have to say though, yes, you did over pack and you'll realize that once your ready to come home but ya know what? I think every 1st time mom did the same thing. I know I did! Lol so you pack whatever makes you feel comfortable with that way your not stressing on the way to the hospital wondering if you forgot something. Some of the things you packed the hospital will have already provided you with but thatsbok you'll need that stuff when you get home. You did do a great job packing and thinking of everything and everyone lol. Wishing you the best of luck and cannot wait to see little dude. You guys are gonna be wonderful parents!!! Love you guys!!!
I would for sure bring a blanket! I got super cold while delivering my baby girl. I know that the hospital has some, but having a little piece of home is worth it! I'm so excited for you guys ❤
I just gave birth to my first at the end of April so packing wise and what I wound up using is still on my mind so figured I’d share. For starters I LOVE the Frida mom hospital gown, but I highly suggest saving it until after you give birth because the gown will get dirty and it was so nice to have that soft gown to put on once baby arrived. I’d also suggest bringing some high waisted comfy pants and underwear just in case heaven forbid you wind up needing a C-Section. I labored for 25 hours before I wound up needing a C Section and I would’ve been miserable in anything tight or even relatively low waisted, even with wearing a compression band. I also suggest bringing your own swaddle, my little one was able to get out of the hospital swaddle super easily. A fold down toiletries bag on a hook was a lifesaver! We just hung it in the bathroom and had each zipper organized, I also grabbed packing cubes from Amazon and had a cube for baby, myself, and one for my husband for clothing. And then I used another packing cube to put recovery items in, like Nipple cream, adult diapers, etc. I brought a large checked luggage myself, but only because I wanted to bring a pillow from home and blankets from home for my husband and I. And I’m so glad we at least brought the blankets. The pillow probably could’ve been left at home, but only because we were given so many at the hospital. Also, don’t worry about the size of the bag you’re bringing. I’m sure the hospital workers have seen it all! I heard from one of my nurses that one dad brought in his PlayStation lol. So excited for you and Matt!🧡
Abby you’re seriously the cutest human being. I genuinely feel like you’re a friend to me with just how genuine your personality is!! I love that you & Matt are able to create those type of connections ❤️ few more weeks!! Praying for a healthy baby and delivery!!
10/10 would recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker and playing music during labor and delivery. I made a playlist and I loved having music playing, especially during contractions. You’re gonna do great and Matt is going to be the best supporter🥰
So excited for y'all! Honestly, I packed way too much for my first baby but I was in the same mindset of "better safe than sorry". Also, all hospitals are different as far as what they provide and what they'll allow you to wear and use. Praying for a safe and easy delivery! 💙
Love you guys! Just had my first baby 6 weeks ago 🥰 bring a reusable tote bag or duffel bag to take all the things from the hospital you can(postpartum supplies, diapers, wipes, everything that they give you in your room you can take home) so excited for you and prayers for a safe and easy delivery! 🥰🥰
You did awesome Abby! May God bless you with a safe labor and delivery, and may God be with you all, and guide you all the days of your life and through this parenting journey. God bless hunn, with God on your side you both got this all ! Sending love !
Can’t believe how fast this went felt like yesterday when you suprises Matt that your pregnant can’t wait till this little boy comes into this world 🤍🌍💋
Making videos with a baby almost coming?! Wow, Abby! We all appreciate it so much. I hope the birth is safe and will go well. Thank u for the amazing vids!
OMG I AM LITERALY SO EXCITED TO SEE YOUR BABAY YOU DONT WVEN KNOW I HAVE BEEN WAITING AND HAVE BEEN WATCHING YOU FOR SOOOOOOOOO LONG. I have never been more excited to see a baby, I love you guyyyyssss soo much good luck with your baby sense he is about to come!🥰😙
Well that and the gifts and stuff you get while your in there. But they do literally take care of everything for you and your baby!. Whatever you don't use in the hospital you get to take home with you.
I’ve never had a baby but I’ve watched a few deliveries as a student nurse and I can assure you that no one is judging what you’re bringing! The hospital has lots of supplies for both mom and baby, so if you forget something, chances are they have it!
Awww I’m soo excited for the little dude to be here soon!! I have been with you guys since the start and have enjoyed every minute of yalls amazing journey! Ily guys, and hope for a safe, happy and healthy birth! 🤍🤍🤍
You did such an amazing job filming alone, Abby! And as a professional newborn nanny, I think you did an excellent job packing the baby’s bag. I swear by the shusher - it’s works like magic!
You did a great job, Abby! And you do a great job filming. I love how sweet you are and you always know what to film. You and Matt are going to be awesome parents. I hope your labor, child birth and after goes as well as possible. I’ll be praying for a healthy birth experience for you and baby and a fast recuperation. 💞
Good lucky Abby! I had my baby boy May 19th and it’s the most incredible experience. Jack is my first baby so I watched all the hospital bag videos and definitely overpacked too😂 I would say the best thing I brought was a delivery dress. I didn’t wear it during delivery but I wore it after and was much more comfortable. Also a portable charger so I didn’t have to be plugged in to a wall. Definitely bring shower stuff and an extra bag to bring home hospital stuff💙
Girl, it was so fun getting to see you do a solo vlog for a change! You are the cutest thing and you and Matt are going to make the cutest parents to the cutest little dude!! I’m so excited for you both and am glad to be brought along for this journey🤩☺️Y’all are the best!❤️
The suitcase looks great! I also packed a heating pad because my back was aching. My doctor also let me eat hard candies so my husband got me some of those. I bought all the aftercare stuff but my hospital provided everything and everything was really great so I literally used all their things. They even provided binkies for the baby, nipple cream for me the disposable underwear etc. Bring whatever makes you happy because it’s better to have it then not! Good luck guys, you guys are going to do great!!
Hi! The sound machine will definitely help in the hospital! We used one even to help us sleep for all the late night nurse visits. Even with my second baby I felt like I didn’t pack enough clothes for him! Especially boys, they love to just pee when the cold air hits them while changing them. I think my son probably peed on most of not all of his outfits so definitely pack extra outfits for him just in case so no one has to run home! We lovvveee the three days we get in the hospital (I’ve had c sections both times) and my husband never wants to leave to run home to grab anything if he doesn’t need to and we always doordash food to us🤪
@@daphnieozioma I think I packed one for each day and then two different coming home outfits. So I had 5 but only 3 I wanted him to wear while we were there if that makes sense. I’d pack like two per day you’ll be there just in case of accidents
BIGGEST word of wisdom for hospital... take advantage of the nursery they have there (at night). You will have many many nights with baby. You and Dad get as much rest as you can with the help you have there 🥰
I swear Abby you are so close to going into labor I can’t wait to see your beautiful baby son you & Matt are gonna be great parents lots of love guys!💯⭐️🤩❤️❤️❤️
Would love to see a video afterwards about what you’re glad you packed, what you didn’t need, and what you wished you packed. Y’all are doing amazing and I can’t wait to see y’all become parents!
I used a suitcase that big and it was absolutely full in fact I had two bags aswell you can never be to prepared when having a baby your going to be an awesome mumma and I'm so excited for you sending all my love x
Hey hun, when having a baby the hospital will provide you with care items for yourself and for baby. Diapers, wipes, pads, tux pads, etc. I completely understand is you want to bring your own, I just thought you should know just in case you wanted to save some room in your bag. Definitely suggest bringing your own body wash and some chapstick! You can ask for more and more, and they’ll bring you some each time you ask! I also suggest taking EVERYTHING home because at the end of the day your paying for it. Much love! ❤️
One of the best parts about newborn life is they sleep through almost anything! So the little shusher may not be necessary :) prayers for a smooth and safe delivery! So excited for you guys, it’s just the best thing in the world to see their little face for the very first time 🥲
a good tip I recommend you do is call your hospital your planning on going out and ask them what they provide to you so you don't end up bringing a huge back with stuff you didn't need/use because they provide it then forget or leave something behind because you didn't think of it or didn't have the space for it so it's always good to ask before hand
We love following along on your journey. It's a family event sitting down and watching you guys. I'm a mom of 2 and I think you're doing great! The hospital has everything you need. Make sure you have Matt pack WARM clothes...the hospital rooms are freezing!! My husband was in a hoodie the whole time! God Bless!
Abby, I really enjoyed bringing my own PILLOW to the hospital the last time I had a baby! Personally, I had a really hard time getting comfortable and relaxed enough to sleep, especially with how fatigued you’ll be and your brain is going to be running a million miles an hour! So, maybe think about bringing a pillow for you and Matt and then I’d call it a day! Your bag looks great!
I have never been pregnant but I'm chronicly ill and have spent a lot of time it the hospital and I like to bring a travel neck pillow. You will likely get to a point where you are too tired to want to hold up your head.
I brought a suitcase with me both times ! It makes for less luggage when leaving ! I always bring basic toiletries, shower stuff including towels, robe, a black dress or something to wear during labor under my robe so I can move and walk around. Slippers, socks, two sets of clothes (in case of a bleeding accident) or however many sets of clothes you feel you'll want or need. Chapstick, nipple cream, chargers, any electronics I'd want to use, snacks, etc. Baby stuff would be like, 3 outfits or sleepers including going home clothes. Swaddle or two. Pacifiers if you plan on using them. I ALWAYS bring a pump and bottles and formula due to a problem I had with my first born and the hospital I gave birth at. A few diapers, wipes, anything else you plan on using.
Hey Abby! I’m a mother of two girls. From experience, I’d say you’d need more changes of baby clothes and maybe some muslin cloths or bibs. You’ll also might need nappies and wipes and ointment- I’m from the UK so things might be different over there! Best of luck with your little dude!🤩xx
My bag was packed well ahead of time, which was actually a problem because I kept adding things and didn't need the majority of it. My husband however packed the moment my water broke in a panic because, he slacked LOL! Kudos to you for driving and going places this pregnant, I refused to do anything without my mom or husband and they drove me because I was afraid to lol. I didn't have a suit case so I used a large tote-like bag. My husband uses a backpack. Don't forget your nursing pillow if you plan to use it (although I didn't use mine in the hospital). Most Frida items are given by the hospital but its good to have just in case. I used a labor gown which was the best decision I ever made. I was really cold and didn't need a fan, but that's a great idea. CHAPSTICK!!! Pack it, trust me. I had one and didn't know I'd need it, and I've seen so many people say they needed it too. Snacks are a great idea for dad to keep busy, and for you during recovery. I kept my hair in braids the entire time and was so happy to not even worry about it. Oh man, slippers are a big yes. That was also another great purchase of mine. Medicines, books, chargers, must haves. GOOD LUCK!!! :)
Baby gowns are a must. Your going to be so tired and when he wakes up in the middle of the night, you don’t want to have to fiddle with the snaps. Also bring extra baby clothes in case he spits milk up or has a pee or poop accident. Also if you circumcise him, bring Vaseline to put around the area so his pee pee doesn’t stick to the diaper. This will be an experience like no other, take in every precious moment of your delivery experience. Mom instinct, it’s real and always listen to it. Best wishes!!!!!!
Abby just a little advise, you might pack a little bag to have essentials on hand in the delivery room. It‘ll be so exciting and suspens that you won‘t be able to open the big suitecase if you need something. For the deliveryroom I would recommend: - water (delivery is like a workout) - chapstick - those frida socks (trust me, it feels better with socks on) Oh and bring a bodywash! They don‘t have that… I wish you a nice and smooth delivery! Can‘t wait to see little dude 🤗
Helpful tip Abby just to help you out. If you have another baby take overnight pads and postpartum pads put aloe Vera and tea tree or whatever essential oil you like on them and store them in the freezer. It helps alot since if you tear the burn stings bad.
There’s one thing i like about u guys most and that is that the more you get famous the more you care about the dudes! Most famous people don’t care about there fans but you guys do! I love you guys sooooo much! Gl on the pregnancy! ❤️❤️
very rare if u see this but my mom is prego at the same time and is due june 22. and we all live in AZ too! so watching this really makes me happy. HE IS BORN WEDNESDAY!!!! i am so excited
Most labor and delivery/maternity units have your essentials (pads, underwear, nipple cream, any meds/numbing creams). I am a maternity nurse and what most people wish they had was chapstick, hair ties, their own pillow/blanket, good toiletries, hair dryer if you plan to shower, ear plugs, and flip flops for when you want to walk around. On that note, no one will judge you for what you do or don't bring
When I was in labour with my son, my midwife went to get something out of my bag for me and made a comment that I over packed .. then we ended up having to stay for 2 days so I don't think what you packed was bad at all, nothing wrong with being prepared ! :)
Hey girl😃, I also think opening everything is a good idea, so you don't have to worry about it at the hospital.❤️ Best of luck to ya and hubby. Baby is very lucky to have you both💐🌷🪷
Good job! Honestly, I didn’t use much from my bag. Mainly toiletries, phone chargers and clothes for me and baby when we left. I kinda lounged in the hospital gown the whole time for baby one. FYI- hospital pillows are horrible bring your own. Also, a nursing gown is the best and will make things so much easier for you...and don’t forget slippers. They give you socks but they aren’t very comfy. Best of luck!
You are not going to need 75% of what you packed . The hospital will provide everything you and the baby need . Also take home the extra diapers and formula they give you, you're paying enough for it ! You really just need a going home outfit and receiving blanket , pj's, robe , slippers and an outfit for yourself. Also very helpful is Dermoplast and Tucks ! Those are lifesavers! Good luck for an easy delivery ! 🍼👨👩👧🌷
Girl I can’t believe it’s happening! That flew by for me 🤣. Honestly though you won’t need the shhhher or light until home. He will be fine and sleep for sure in the beginning. Less is best you really will get everything from them! And take home all they give you!!! Soooo excited for you guys. Such a special time. Of course just my advice you do you 💙 Oh the funniest part was when you said a book for Entertainment. OK PLENTY OF THAT WITHOUT A BOOK GOING TO BE HAPPENING 🤣🤣🤣You are too adorable you’re going to be a great mommy!
Bouncy ball baby tip after having four children: sometimes babies do not want to be held in a chair or like to feel like they are moving. A bouncy ball let’s you sit and rest but the baby thinks you are moving.
I just delivered my baby boy 2 weeks ago! The hospital gives you all the postpartum care things (mesh Underwear, pads, tucks, dermoplast, etc). Nursing tops, collect colostrum in syringes and refrigerate the week before, sounds machine, swaddles, burp cloths, nipple cream, entertainment. I only ended up wearing 2-3 outfits, take flip flops for bathroom/shower, toiletries.
Abby, don’t forget to wash all of little dudes new clothes, don’t forget the mitts too… any manufacturing and shipping particles can cause rashes and irritation . I can’t believe the day is almost here. This has been an amazing journey! Prayers for you and little dude, safe and healthy delivery 🤍🤍🤍
@@stacystephenson8676 , hi.. yes I saw that video, but in this packing for hospital video she had mittens that were still attached to the packaging… that’s why I commented and I forgot to say sterilize the Binkies too
Make sure to put make up in your list to bring. I don’t know if you would want to bring much of it since you will be tired and won’t want to do much of anything. Good luck on your labor! Xoxo
Matt and Abby, I am so excited for you to have your baby. I wish I could have kids but I can’t. I am happy for you guys and can’t wait so see Lil Dude!!💗💗
Hey beautiful mama 🤗 just a heads up on perfume... not advised to wear with new borns. It's completely overwhelming for them and he'll become irritable. He needs to smell his mama's natural scent which will keep him calm and happy. U can wear a mild underarm roll on, just not the perfume. 😘🥰 All the best! Just breathe in every moment with your baby...it all goes so fast. ❤

Also, skip the Tylenol. Hospital provides it and they don’t want you to take meds you bring in from home.
That’s exactly what I said she’s not gonna use any of that stuff at the hospital.
Agreed
Came to say this also! Set up a little basket in the bathroom with all your aftercare within an easy grasp. Bending while sitting on the toilet is not the mood 😂
I was going to comment the same exact thing
How exciting! A few tips…
-pack 0-3 month as well for clothes in case he’s on the bigger end
-nipple shields can help with latching but aren’t necessary for everyone
-ask your doctor what they provide for postpartum care..you may not need to bring pads and ice packs
-oh and outfits for the baby that have hand covers already built in are great! Mittens can fall off so easily but maybe you’ll like them 🙂
-snacks are great to have
-bring some headphones

I’m 33 w pregnant with baby #3 (also in AZ) and I feel you on the breathlessness and the HEAT 😂
If you have a nursing pillow, I recommend bringing that because it works so much better than bunching up bed pillows. Good luck with your delivery!
Cant wait to see your little one! Good wishes for the last weeks. Would also recomend: preagnancy pillow, a good bottle for water/drink, slippers for the shower, lipbalm, notebook to remember all the details from birth
Let’s make sure she sees this!
About to be 33 weeks with my baby boy! 💙
Praying for a healthy and safe delivery for us both! 💙💙
I’m so exited to see little dude, he is coming into a wonderful family and he is so lucky!!! Good luck Abby you are in my prayers!
Labor & Delivery nurse here ❤️
You bring and pack whatever you feel
You need mama. It is part of the process. Everyone has a different hospital experience so you might use a lot of it, you might use almost none of it.
Couple tips….
1. We recommend babies stay in just a diaper while there to promote the most skin to skin we can
2. All of your clothing should provide easy access to the “girls”. Think buttons
Hospitals also offer heated blankets!
I’m so excited to see the baby! You guys will be the best parents!
It feels like yesterday when y'all announced the pregnancy. Wishing the best for you and lil' dude during delivery!
You’re doing great, Abby! Better to have a little more than not enough. Love and prayers to you, Matt, and lil Dude!
I love how Abby and Liana jade were pregnant at the same time! So excited to see both these cuties
I love to be a part of this amazing journey! Can't wait to see your healthy baby Matt and Abby 🤗
But everyone is hoping he will be well🙏🏻
@Shaun The Good Doctor What a weird comment. How about let people have their opinions and don't be a douche?
@@galwiththebraids yes ☺️
OMG I AM LITERALY SO EXCITED TO SEE YOUR BABAY YOU DONT WVEN KNOW I HAVE BEEN WAITING AND HAVE BEEN WATCHING YOU FOR SOOOOOOOOO LONG. I have never been more excited to see a baby, I love you guyyyyssss soo much good luck with your baby sense he is about to come!🥰😙
Don’t forget to bring a large duffel bag to get stuff from the hospital to put in, so excited for you guys!
Yessss oh yes
Good one!!!!!
So basically take everything from the hospital? Lol
Well that and the gifts and stuff you get while your in there. But they do literally take care of everything for you and your baby!. Whatever you don't use in the hospital you get to take home with you.
@@allysaj6911 um yes absolutely take everything from the hospital! You get charged whether you take it home or not.
Awesome! Every time you post I get instantly happier! I can’t wait to see your baby! Have a great day and Happy Fathers Day to Matt
Girl, it was so fun getting to see you do a solo vlog for a change! You are the cutest thing and you and Matt are going to make the cutest parents to the cutest little dude!! I’m so excited for you both and am glad to be brought along for this journey🤩☺️Y’all are the best!❤️
Omg just clicked so fast. So happy for another video!
We lovvveee the three days we get in the hospital (I’ve had c sections both times) and my husband never wants to leave to run home to grab anything if he doesn’t need to and we always doordash food to us🤪
How many outfits do you advise i pack? I am having a boy too and I packed 4, would that d
@@daphnieozioma I think I packed one for each day and then two different coming home outfits. So I had 5 but only 3 I wanted him to wear while we were there if that makes sense. I’d pack like two per day you’ll be there just in case of accidents
@@mrslexipoole thank you so much
BIGGEST word of wisdom for hospital... take advantage of the nursery they have there (at night).
Much love! ❤️
I’d highly recommend bringing your boppy pillow with you! It’s nice while learning to breastfeed but also setting him in!
Another great idea!!!
Yes! I didn’t bring mine and I wish I did.
One of the best parts about newborn life is they sleep through almost anything! So the little shusher may not be necessary :) prayers for a smooth and safe delivery! So excited for you guys, it’s just the best thing in the world to see their little face for the very first time 🥲
It's so close!!! Eke! I can see where Little Dude has dropped, preparing for his appearance 😊 You did great packing 💖
a good tip I recommend you do is call your hospital your planning on going out and ask them what they provide to you so you don't end up bringing a huge back with stuff you didn't need/use because they provide it then forget or leave something behind because you didn't think of it or didn't have the space for it so it's always good to ask before hand
AHHHH IM SO EXCITEDDD I have been following along this journey since day 1! So happy you had a good pregnancy and also wow you are good at packing!
I love abby vlogging on her own while matts away. you go girl! such a sweet vlog to include us in. I'm so happy for you.
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY MATT. I wish you all the best.
God Bless!
Can’t wait for lil dude to come, so excited, y’all are gonna be the best parents!
Abby you are amazing. You are the strongest person i know. Lil dude gonna be so proud to having a mom like you. Stay strong💜
Bring a separate large bag for dirty clothes!!! That's a big thing.
You'll need a place to put the dirty laundry
Hey Abby! I’m a mother of two girls. From experience, I’d say you’d need more changes of baby clothes and maybe some muslin cloths or bibs. You’ll also might need nappies and wipes and ointment- I’m from the UK so things might be different over there! Best of luck with your little dude!🤩xx
Same advice! I went thru so many baby clothes! Ther ar so many accidents and burpies an all 🤣
My bag was packed well ahead of time, which was actually a problem because I kept adding things and didn't need the majority of it. :)
Happy first Father’s Day Matt! Also Abby congratulations to you for staying strong and still making videos for you.
Abby is every young adult calling their parents to ask for advice!! Thanks for keeping it real, dudes 🤙❤️
Abby just a little advise, you might pack a little bag to have essentials on hand in the delivery room. It‘ll be so exciting and suspens that you won‘t be able to open the big suitecase if you need something.
For the deliveryroom I would recommend:
- water (delivery is like a workout)
- chapstick
- those frida socks (trust me, it feels better with socks on)
Oh and bring a bodywash! They don‘t have that…
I wish you a nice and smooth delivery! Can‘t wait to see little dude 🤗
The lil' dude is so so lucky to have such great parents! I'm so exited for you guys!
Helpful tip Abby just to help you out. If you have another baby take overnight pads and postpartum pads put aloe Vera and tea tree or whatever essential oil you like on them and store them in the freezer. It helps alot since if you tear the burn stings bad.
Love this! So excited to see the baby! You guys will be awesome parents!
I am looking forward to seeing all the videos with him!
There’s one thing i like about u guys most and that is that the more you get famous the more you care about the dudes! Most famous people don’t care about there fans but you guys do! I love you guys sooooo much! Gl on the pregnancy! ❤️❤️
OMG I can’t freaking wait to see the baby! You guys are so cute! Love you guys!!!
very rare if u see this but my mom is prego at the same time and is due june 22. and we all live in AZ too! so watching this really makes me happy. HE IS BORN WEDNESDAY!!!! i am so excited
I wish you all the best! You guys are going to be great parents!
I’m so excited for y’all. over all I hope y’all have a healthy baby! Abby your literally so strong girl I know you got this! 💖 love yalllll!!
💙Nesting 💙 I loved doing all of it, going through clothes, packing for the hospital. Can't wait for you to meet your sweet baby boy 🤗
Baby is very lucky to have you both💐🌷🪷
Hope you have a happy healthy child, love from kansas ❤️
I can’t wait to see the baby! He will be so cute!
Bouncy ball baby tip after having four children: sometimes babies do not want to be held in a chair or like to feel like they are moving. A bouncy ball let’s you sit and rest but the baby thinks you are moving.
Abby is such a beautiful mom already! You have the pregnancy glow girl!!
That is definitely an ok bag! It rolls and it’s easy for you and Matt to handle and it holds all that you need
So excited for lil dude!!! He's gonna be so loved!
She showed herself doing all the baby clothes and washing and organizing in a different video
