No one can have ANY suggestions today! 😂Warm up, work out set list in the description, 30 minute work out with me format AND cool down. You are too good to us, Cee! This tip may help someone, my pace is almost spot on with hers but when I get behind by a second, I change the playback speed to 75 speed (in settings) and it’s perfect till I can get back up to speed! There are days when I have the time, I do the whole set at 75 playback speed! (For anyone wondering, warm up at regular speed, work out and cool down at 75 speed = 36 minutes)

I am 57. I've been working out with free weights, etc. on and off at home since I was 19. I switched my workouts to yours 2 months ago and WOW! I have made so much more progress. I was getting bored with what I had been doing and not too happy with the lack of progress I was making. I thought maybe "this is what's like in one's 50s" No way! You explain everything so well and I love how you switch up how you offer up your workouts. I've been recommending your channel to my friends. It’s so nice to workout “with you” in this new one. I’m sorry that it’s so difficult to please everyone. Personally it doesn’t matter when the video airs. If it’s too late Monday morning then I just move my workout to Tuesday , Thurs, Saturday and it’s no big deal. Also if it does go a bit longer than 30 minutes it most likely won’t kill me! I love all your workouts including this one. I went for my annual physical last week and after five months of lifting with Cee my doctor was very pleased with the amount of muscle and strength I possess at age 65. She stated that it was a really smart decision to focus on building and maintaining muscle and core strength as we age. Today, January 1st 2024, I am starting my seventh week with you. Turning 59 this month and having battled with yo-yo weight and what feels like an out of control body for 5 years now. Merry Christmas Cheryl! Today, 12/23, marks week 7 of working out consistently with you. The other day I put on my jeans and they felt great! I haven't weighed myself because I don't want to get discouraged. I just feel like my clothes fit better. I also have been eating OMAD for 15 months. Usually, Cee adds the video of the week at the top of her channel. So you can just follow that one. Or you choose one of her other 30-minute workouts and do that three times a week. The other thing that I have found useful is flashcards, one for every single exercise. To keep track of the weight I use. @@juliegilbert8714

By far one of my favorite formats, absolutely loving these super sets! Jumping right into the warmup and counting down the 30 secs while you explain the next set is excellent. For my 2nd workout, I set parts of it to .75 speed to slow it down just a little in order to focus more carefully on proper movement. It's so encouraging when you shake your head, Cee, and smile when you're "feeling" the burn too! :)

I’ve been doing your weekly workouts for about a month or so. Last Wednesday was my last one before I got Covid. I felt nasty. I couldn’t wait to get back to your workout. Back today after Christmas. I did workout #20. While I had to drop to lighter than normal(I’m close to your weights), I feel soooo much better. Thank you for free plans that motivate me to move! I can’t wait for Jan 1 workout!

Second round for the week! This routine is great- it moves swiftly. I appreciate that you took the long breaks out from between super sets. It keeps momentum and my attention much better. I was turned into 47 two days ago 🎉 I want to thank you for all you have done I got autoimmune in 2020, i.e. sjogren syndrome and SLE. I always felt weak and pain in all my joints. I started to do your workout almost in a year. I feel much better and stronger. I can do the movement which I never thought I could do. I’m just hitting the 20 week mark, what a difference your series have made! The rhythm of repeating 3 x per week was exactly what I needed to gain results. Before I started this I was working out more frequently but with no programme or rationale. I’m so grateful Cee. Thank you.
By far one of my favorite formats, absolutely loving these super sets! Jumping right into the warmup and counting down the 30 secs while you explain the next set is excellent. This goes by super fast, my day 3 will be Saturday and I'm already looking forward to it. Be prepared to SWEAT!! Thanks for this Cee, keeping us all moving and getting stronger every week! 🥰💪💪

For my 2nd workout, I set parts of it to .75 speed to slow it down just a little in order to focus more carefully on proper movement. It's so encouraging when you shake your head, Cee, and smile when you're "feeling" the burn too! :)

I’ve been doing your weekly workouts for about a month or so. Last Wednesday was my last one before I got Covid. I felt nasty. I couldn’t wait to get back to your workout. Back today after Christmas. I did workout #20. While I had to drop to lighter than normal(I’m close to your weights), I feel soooo much better. Thank you for free plans that motivate me to move! I can’t wait for Jan 1 workout!

Started with your 20 min workouts 8 mo ago. Moved up to 30 min when you first started & I’m glad you did!! I was diagnosed with osteoporosis & rather than take meds I’m defeating this degenerative bone disease with weights. Can’t wait to see my next bone scan results!! BTW I’m 70 & have been working out my entire life thank you for all you do!!

Thank you so much for preparing these workouts. I have been recovering from and injury and surgery and have not been able to work out much. Your workouts are efficient and easy to follow. I am using less weight than you are, but I have increased my strength and endurance so much since following your workouts. Second round for the week! This routine is great- it moves swiftly. I appreciate that you took the long breaks out from between super sets. It keeps momentum and my attention much better. You still give us enough time to set up with next round’s weights. Keep this format without the extra time please!!!!

I got autoimmune in 2020, i.e. sjogren syndrome and SLE. I always felt weak and pain in all my joints. I started to do your workout almost in a year. I feel much better and stronger. I can do the movement which I never thought I could do. The triset combination, time, song, and instructions...all is just perfect. Thank you so much, Cee! ❤
