FIRST AND FOREMOST, I AM A SOUND ENGINEER and mix and master of over 10 years. SHE IS REAL. There is not puffed up engineer tricks going on here. THIS IS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT! REAL TALENT. Sick and tired of all these mixed and mastered versions of ppl with polished versions pretending to perform live. THIS IS 100% real acoustic live people. Keep up the solid work!
Her vocal technique is always on point, including every time I've heard her streaming live. She must have worked her tail off her whole life to be so skilled: singing, cello, composing, etc. Much respect.
One take. No Cuts. Perfect breath control. Didn't sing a single note wrong. Not to mention the guitar playing and songwriting. Unreal talent.

I think that description of "modern story with old sounds" is extremely accurate, and really beautiful. The form of your song is very much a verse-chorus-verse-chorus, and the lyrics are very modern, but the melody and harmonies and timbres are very bossa nova especially that Edim chord leading back to the Fm9. Very beautiful and very subtle. I just found your music, but I am enjoying it immensely already.

In an age of hyper-produced, artificially flavored music, there aren't many real ones getting much publicity. This was so well done and I hope you keep making beautiful art like this.

This is what any good musician tries to accomplish: simplicity and beauty, all at once. The 4 chords progression, the pure voice with no unnecessary fioritura, everything is on the right place with no need of extra elements. This is really delightful. You've got a new fan over here.

Nobody is commenting on the extreme beauty and purity of these emotionally sophisticated, poetic lyrics- (that fit her careful voice so astoundingly) so I will. Such a rare communication of vulnerability. What an artist. What a soul. What a healer. What a luxury to have ears that hear this.

Not everyone can do this. Your brain has to be wired to handle doing three things at once. Left hand selects the notes. Right hand plays the tune and keeps time. And singing. And to handle all three so well simultaneously - that is real skill right there. It's a beautiful song, played and sung beautifully.
i haven't heard accuracy and technique this striking since i first heard mitski. im a voice coach and youre making me feel like an amateur in a very very pleasant way that doesnt make me feel bad just happy this exists. this is touching. you have worked hard and it shows. great work.
