The first part could be Takane looking back on the days they spent after school and knowing that, though she sees Konoha now in front of her, he can never remember her or truly be Haruka... and then Haruka can see what’s going on from the Daze but is unable to be there with her, still. So with a face that isn’t his own, he only hopes that she can move on and be happy, only to see she is still waiting for him... gosh, if only I had the patience to animate...
