I love this game and I've greatly enjoyed your videos running as I work. Thank you for sharing! I love the commentary as well. It's really cool of you to take the time to put this all together and sharing the hobby. Awesome game system and there is a learning curve. I don't know if it's my speakers, but the narration is softer for me and the explosions are quite a bit louder. Made me jump when I had turned it up to hear you! Dang near went another man down. Jumped out of my chair when the big stuff started booming!
I really enjoyed your video. I like the way you speak. It clear and concise unlike a lot of other videos I have tried to watch. I have played this mission many times Always played as the Russians. Now I will for the first time play as the Germans, thanks again.
At the conclusion of the video, you asked if there were any improvements that could be made. With the exception of the aforementioned sound balance - no, no there aren't. What a great AAR. Great editing, narration, pacing and (gritted-teeth) humour.
25:57 there's a wild pitched firefight as he says. With tanks, you can shoot a long range and then pull off and sometimes inflict casualties on an enemy force with minimal of your own. But with an infantry fight as we see at this time stamp, the two sides are often locked like two porcupine stuck to one another. There's no room for disengagement and will clobber the hell out of each other with the bodies piling up until one side breaks. That is the nature of infantry combat
Wow...that's....amazing to be mentioned in the same pool as Josey Wales. Overall, credit to him, since I watch a lot of his videos. At best, I am Abrams to his Spielberg (but would have done a better Rise of Skywalker than Abrams :) )
I have noticed that PvP even if you put your troops in hiding" the opponent like myself will always do at least a brief fire on the defensive position just in case. As yes.. the trenches and foxholes are easy to spot give a minute or two. Playing the Soviets, I know the SMG squads have a good 3-4 minutes of unleashing hell before their ammo is just about spent.
There is the target light command which I like or target brief. Yes, in combat mission one my rusky tank rider squads would have two three minutes of firing and then there Tommy guns were empty
Can I give a small advice? The game sound is way too high compared to the narrator's voice I suggest you should try and balance it better Still, great video, subbed!
Thanks for the specific and constructive feedback, as I am interested in delivering a quality product! I'm in final editing for a new video, so will pay attention to the sound balance while trying to get the most out of iMovie.
Excellent AAR. Looking forward to more
Thanks so much! I'm still learning after watching a bunch of other AARs from the "masters!"

Great video. A very desperate defence.
Awesome AAR to a very gritty, nasty little battle; very well edited and narrated.
Much appreciated!
"It appears (the dismounted tanker) may have a vision problem," was a very good joke.
Brutal battle, Nice AAR
Glad to find your channel, thanks for the AARs, would love to see more!

Thanks again, AA! This was my first, so I *think* I'm getting the sound balance better, but as others have said, I do need a new mic.

That was a hard fought win. Well done.
You and Josey Wales are the best CM AAR creators on YT IMO.

Allways love me some PVP AARs. Really enjoyed the video.
Glad you enjoyed!
Great AAR mate. Sub'd. Greetings from NZ.
Thanks for the sub!
I can't comment on your tactics given as I get rocked by the AI, but you got a great dry wit.

Great video, but why the hell wasn't the objective given to your opponent?
Can I give a small advice?

@@onepingonly1097 You're welcome mate!
Will the new video be another AAR?
Good AAR. Your opponent did you a massive favour in attacking piecemeal.
Great Video :) Enjoyed it a lot! Are you using Mods for Sound or Ui? Would be awesome if you could share them :) Cheers!
MOREEE PLZZ
I've always found this scenario very difficult and never have I had much success playing as the germans
When you feel like want a real challenge, I'll take you on. I am on The few good men in case you are:) ....AKA "Titan"
Thanks. I just joined FGM this week. Looks like you are one of the top players. Just be gentle when annihilating my forces if we play :)
@@onepingonly1097 Going by your AAR i think im the one that should be worried :)
it's really interesting.
