Hi Syrus. Thank you for the suggestions for treating pigmentation. I developed sudden big pigmentation patches after over exposure to sunlight & its reflection by being for long hours in a river during a vacation. I wasn't used to getting out in the sun at all as I start my day usually late afternoon. But this sudden exposure caused big dark patches. This was beginning 2020 jan. Till then I never bothered about taking care of the skin. Last year2022 may I started using different natural oils, packs, malai etc on face to take care of my skin for open pores & pigmentation with some but bare minimum results. I recently went for another vacation in the hills where i was exposed to the sun couple of hours a day. In spite of nourishing the skin everyday & using sun block I see that my pigmentation has increased. I will definitly start with your diet plan as its generally for good health. One thing Im bad at is starting any form of exercise, but Im trying to figure that out too. But if one has very little movement throughout the day, due to siting job, Can one take all 3- Fish oil, flax seed oil & chia in moderation daily. Or you recommend alternatively. Also if all 3 can be taken in one single day then what should be the ideal quantity of each. Looking forward to your reply.
