Omg!!! I tried these techniques and it really works!!!! I tried for 5 days so far and it has worked wonders for my face. I am a busy mum but what I do is I try and do these facial exercises while cooking or doing housework and I end up doing more then 5 minutes without trying to get time out. Dr.ji u r absolutely right. But multa mitti and besan r irritating to some kind of skin.it makes more damage to them. So some other options needed here.+same for alovera plants. Some r of itching quality either readyma5 chemical mix options .so also some other natural options for moisturizer needed.both r mine in own skin problems.
