I would swap out the engine for a CAT and the tires for Bridgestones. I would add a headache rack equipment box behind the cab. Otherwise a great looking truck!
+Ernest Biddle Why would you swap out a Cummins ISX for a CAT? I've driven both and Cummins is a much better engine than CAT. Cummins ISX pulls better and more fuel efficient than oil guzzling CAT.
+dstarks80 a C16 cat with a18 speed and 390 rearend to me is the absolute best combo. I'm just a diehard cat fan. Have been my whole life. Kinda like ford lovers versus chevy lovers. They both hate dodge but both run good trucks. Don't get me wrong, Cummings are damn good engines.

I think is not ingenious engineers always think of a good design not economy this body is only colorful and weighs what p ara a greater fuel consumption also this tractor is very delicate. I look for economy in my pocket in fuel and not a nice body that does not help me in my pocket
Watch cummins engine. From my experience as well as shop's mechanics, cummins engine leaks oil down the road!!
Note to whomever took this video. You're doing it wrong!
Start out with wide "establishing" shots first. Front; back; sides; four quarters. Get something to stand on...even a chair would be helpful.
Then move in closer: grill; doors; windscreen; etc.
Finally, do the detail shots last.
Here, we get detail first. Very disorienting.

Is it possible to buy a truck like this for personal use without loading anything at the back? Let's say you have the money needed to buy the truck and you have the license for it.
Yes you can buy it, and in most states you just need a regular car license to drive it as long as your using it for Personal use and not commercial. My friend is got a Peterbuilt 579 big rig to pull his huge 5th wheel camper around and he drives it without a CDL and it's all legal as long as he never uses it for commercial use, he could use it for commercial purposes but then he would need to get a CDL. I know these laws are messed up. So basically as long as your not making money with it you do not need a big rig license.

+Bojidar Martinov Само че ако лепна европейските коли на 100+ км/ч страничен вятър в Уайоминг и нещата изглеждат по различно. Тукашните са много по стабилни на пътя и издържат доста по дълго. Аз карам машина с над 2 000 000 мили или 3 218 688 километра и е в отлично състояние. Кой европейски камион издържа на 24 часа непрекъснато каране в продължение на седмици. В Европа се кара доста по малко при по ниски скорости и по по-добри пътища. Аз също харесвам Европейски камиони но тук те не биха издържали.

Ок. Имах в предвид, че начина на каране тук е много по различен от Европа. И аз харесвам дизайна на европейските камиони но не бих сменил комфорта на голямата кабина с тази на европейските. Тук ако сте двама шофьори се кара 24 часа. Ако съм с европейски стил камион колегата ми ще спи буквално на гърба ми. Другото е стабилност на пътя. По-дългата база на тукашните и по малкото въздушни възглавници на кабината правят камиона по стабилен при лошо време. Вярно малко по твърда е возията но се свиква. Относно километрите имах в предвид че моя камион е на толкова още колко ще издържи не знам. Факт е, че камионите които дават най много проблеми тук са Volvo с техния си двигател и Kenworth с двигател на DAF. Трансформара от снимката с Navistar двигател също не е китка за мирисане но е по евтин за поддръжка. За напред нещата може и да се променят но за сега дай ми Freightliner с ходова час на Detroit и аз съм щастлив.
