Loamy soil are the soil we use for farming and I believe you can get it within any farmland.

Thank you for the compliment, 2ft by 2ft shouldn't take more than 15 pol size or at most 20 but 15 is preferable to avoid overcrowding.

The number of snails that can be put in a pen depends on the size of the pen as all pens are not of equal size.
For instance, a pen of 2ft by 5ft can accommodate up to 50 snails
