@@starky983 The inner side of membrane is negatively charged at rest, so DECREASED negativity means some positive ions must have entered. So it should indeed be depolarization. Had it been “increased negativity”, it would be hyper polarization. By mistake sir said “when the negativity is decreasing” 2 times. The 2nd time he meant “when the positivity inside the cell is decreasing it will lead to hyper polarization”. 11:44 and 11:50
