  • In this video, Dr.Raghu explains the process of Phototransduction in photoreceptors(Rods & Cones)
    Rhodopsin (visual purple) present in rods, on exposure to light undergoes a cascade of reactions leading to conversion of light energy into electrical signals, which are ultimately transferred to visual cortex via optic nerve.

    U r as clear as a bell & ur explanation is beyond a shadow of a doubt👍
    But from 11:50-11:56 the decrease in negativity inside the cell leads to depolarisation right not hyperpolarization🤔
