继续做圣诞曲奇，一起来做经典的圣诞食谱“姜人饼”。做法简单直接，这食谱面团软但不黏手，烤后还可以明显的保留曲奇印花纹路。烤出来的饼干酥脆可口，满屋香料味，口感不会过硬，不会粘牙，不会过甜，香料味道刚好。个个纹路细节美美的，形成圣诞祝福语，圣诞树，驯鹿和姜人，可爱极了，搭配一杯冷牛奶/热茶，简直绝配。适合当圣诞礼物。
收藏方式：烤好彻底凉透，室温收密封容器保存。要新鲜７天内吃。
