Hi Joe! No problem, I know how it is to be busy:). More oldschool content and trainings videos will come on the channel- stay tuned (and maybe also a Olympia video). I also started bulking now, but it is also always a struggle not to get (too) fat.... Otherwise I am feeling very fine and confident in the training. You mean the Taschen book from Arnold? This one I have seen :). Hasta la vista, baby!
