Here's something to consider. Why is it so important to EDP that his social media accounts be linked to him specifically? He could very easily go under an alias, never show his face, and rebuild that way. So why is he plastering his name and face all over this new account? Why is it necessary to him that we see him? It seems like that is something he needs in some way despite how much it's going to keep backfiring on him after what he did.
I imagine that it could be for the free publicity, he appears on tik tok and the next few days a dozen channels are covering it, sure they expose the stuff EDP did wrong, but I imagine many viewers will see this video and jump on tik tok to follow him, either for the memes, curiosity or because they actually like his content.
We have to remember there is no such thing as bad publicity, especially when it comes to the internet. Internet content thrives on attention, be it bad or good. Sure maybe 80 to 90% of viewers won't jump on tik tok and follow him, but a part of the audience will for sure.
I think people should be a little more carefull when making videos about this guy..... Maybe not mention his name/alias or something

I work in law enforcement & specifically in the jail/prison system now, and you literally cannot be admitted or detained unless you are officially charged with a crime & have a warrant for your arrest (or are caught at the scene).
The only way now he can be admitted is if he is investigated & found to have committed a crime, *OR* he can go out and commit a new one. Jails don't just give people free beds & help, and throughout COVID, medical & mental health professionals are severely understaffed.
To put in perspective, there are people in our facility that put in for mental health services back last March that still are waiting to be seen! Not only have they still not had their court date to be convicted (& moved to a permanent prison to start serving their sentence), they can't even get mental health services aside from basic medication upon initial screenings.
So no, EDP can not just "turn himself in," because the jail staff would just check to see if he has any outstanding warrants, then dismiss him.

No offense Muta, but EDP has most likely crossed the line. He was too brazen and relaxed during the sting. Too brazen and relaxed since. He has definitely done this before and gotten away with it. EPD's victims most likely are too afraid to come forward knowing they will be the catalist for a media shit storm.
Any actual victims would have come forward by now, their stories would have been listened to and verified by the Police, and EDP would be staying in the Hotel Hellifornia where you can "check out" anytime you want, but you can never leave. EDP made a rookie mistake by not questioning why specifically a 13 Year Old girl would want anything romantic with him, that should have been his first clue that something was way off. He had send Lewd messages before, but this was the first time he was stepping out from behind his keyboard (and hopefully the last).

EDP did indeed send lewd messages before, and they were received by ColdRaven, Chet Goldstein, and CC Unit. The real shame is that the cops were not invited until way too late to this party. Hopefully EDP445 realizes how close he came to The Crossbar Hotel and never steps out again.

Then whoever has been watching all of us will have someone else commit the crime for them while also framing that unlucky dude or girl dude as the perpetrator. The majority will be quick to stone the alleged perpetrator. Then politicians have an ez excuse to enforce draconian laws and bills.
