In Italy we had this very similar youtuber called "Youtubo anche io" (witch translates to "I do youtube too"), who was about 45 and did really extreme mukbang videos. He wasn't skinny at the beginning, and he gained a lot of weight in these years. After a long time gone from youtube, he died from a heart attack about a month ago. I think Italy is done with mukbang
Unfortunately, Nick is going to suffer the same fate. But at the end of the day: was the views and money that worth it?

I never understood why people have a hard time losing weight. You simply just count your calories and let your stomach shrink back up. Don't eat more than 1800 calories, if it doesn't work then lower it to 1500. It easy if you count your calories and you need to let your stomach shrink up too normal because you stretched it from too much food so you always feel hungry.

I will say that, the gameplay in the background, I love that game. It’s hard to get started but once you finish the game and do a second play through with all the perks. Man o man is it fun.

the unfortunate thing is that mukbang was originally a means to get some dinnertime social interaction by livestreaming yourself eating dinner- with the audience also eating dinner, and making conversation. As someone who went from 168kg to 90kg at 1,83cm I will say Muta is right in his first assessment.
You can't do cardio and then overeat; it is probably the worst course of action possible in that situation. Even if it's not healthy, training for muscles while overeating to that extent would be slightly better and closer to a permanent solution for all that weight.

The other is to promote one another by adding the other person's links in description etc. But to feature the other in your video you must make similar content or at least live in the same city to meet and make a video together etc.
