thank you I am a 70 year old hit by reckless driver from behind 32 years ago paralyzed unable to talk many years of surgery to repair spine relieve pressure on nerves artificial cervical discs plates etc etc. most recent surgery was august 2022 to relieve flat spinal cord at c7 an lateral nerve pressure. Surgeon is Timothy Reiter for past 16 years at Hershey Med. He mentioned brain stem injury to me recently and I knew I needed to review my anatomy and function understanding.
