this is the reaction they deserve from the crowds can't wait for these lads to start filling stadiums...its the only place they're heading
+jack fitzgerald I was at the 4th row from the front, bang splat in the middle there... so ridiculous how they're still cramming mainstage crowds into the NME tent... was so good though.
+Yilmaz Anonymous I prefer it that way, love main stage for headliners etc but stuff at this time of the day and for bands like this NME is perfect, can't really describe it I just love it
+Michael Gill yeah the atmosphere was amazing but honestly I spent far too much time making sure my girlfriend wasn't being hurt... whole crowds were pushed over onto the floor and I felt like a broke a rib or too. there was simply too many people in too little space it spoilt it at times
Yilmaz Anonymous I guess I can understand if you were having to look after someone else, but I was right at the front and ended up on the floor with someone crushing my leg at one point and came out of the set in a lot of pain and absolutely drenched in sweat, but I wouldn't change that at all, for me it's what it's all about! One of the best crowds I've ever been in, it's literally impossible to choose a favourite highlight of the weekend between this and Libertines (I was on the barrier for them too) and that's saying something because I've been waiting a long time to see the libs! Can't wait to see catfish again in November at Brixton though!
Omg i was at the front of the second barrier for the libertines... soo good man there was no physical problems at all and I could see the stage clearly and perfectly. Honestly them and catbm was the best sets.... music when the lights go out and the good old days was perfect

it's always strange seeing the crowds they get in the uk and then here in north america its so small! ive seen them twice now in the smallest venues here in canada and am seeing them in october. really hope they make it big over here too!
+Lauren D'Souza I've seen a handful of british acts in small venues over here in California as well, they have to start somwhere! Seeing Catfish for the first time next week, hope they exceed expectations!
i always found that so strange as well. the libertines are huge everywhere else in the world but i feel like their only American fan. same with acts like biffy, royal blood, etc.

Still can't believe I first saw these at live at Leeds in 2013, then when I went to their gig I paid about £13 a ticket so good to see these guys getting so big
I'm seeing them at Brixton in November and my ticket was £16 (plus booking fee) so still not much difference in price haha
This was a bit of a music festival day so that was for all the acts though! so jealous of you seeing them at brixton, that'll be insane, saw them at manc on the last tour but couldn't get tickets this time round :(
I was in that crowd it was one of the best moments of my life🙏🏻🙌🏻my grandad was jealous that I saw them

I remember being a fan of the bottlemen this time last year and they were virtually unknown until the balcony dropped, they've come so far already and it's still early days and I can't wait to see them filling stadiums one day

I hope this band doesn't turn into a second Coldplay, don't get me wrong, I like Coldplays first album but then they turned into a cheesy stadium band. I hope this band are clever and release an album at the standard as their first because I love it
