You´re the best Valentina and I usually wouldn´t dream of criticising you (I´m not qualified to do so). However Schubert is sacred to me and in my world you don´t have a clue how to play him. I know it may sound presumptious but here goes; it´s about the rythm, which in my opinion is as important in Schubert as in Beethoven, most obviously so in fast movments like the final of Death and the Maiden but always a key element. An underlying manic nerve. Just an opinion. Be well and thank you!
Wonderful playing Valentina - so beautiful and refined. I'm currently working on this piece - seems like the more I work on it, the more difficulties I uncover! I just wondered about the use of pedal - presumably it needs some, but not too much? I find it a little easy to blur some of the passages - e.g. 2nd half of bar 4... Mark
