My video is 1000x600. I used 'crop' to cut it to 450x200 in the desired area. I want the exported video to have a resolution of 450x200, but I found that when I export it, it's still 1000x600. Did I miss a step?
@@checkmarktutorials there used to be this hard-to-find crop icon in export layout, top right corner I think that allowed you to define the only area of the video (not duration) and its resolution that'll be exported
It’s so amazing how fucking difficult this question is for people to answer… why is this a 37 step process… I should be able to right click & manually do it… fuck I hate premiere
Hey, if you have trouble finding effect button then try this: Go to top bar in Premiere Pro and click Window, then dropdown menu will appear and click Effects or just use shortcut Shift+7. Hope this works for you!

this doesn't solve the problem when you're showing how to crop the video but not showing how to export the cropped video
