Just traveled with my 2.5 year old. Aside from the things you mentioned, he also loved playing with the reusable sticker books I brought!
You could also roll up blankets/ extra bedding to use as a bed rail. I think most hotels/ places usually provide a change of bedding? Or I’m sure they wouldn’t mind providing it if you asked.

It sounds like the flight attendants were a bit harsh. Flying with my toddler from Aus to US, everyone was so lovely and understanding. It makes a huge difference when youre stressed about travel and bothering everyone. Busy books were really helpful for us! And download movies on the ipad too
I thought so too. I always have helpful ones especially when my little one is fussy they give me anything to make it better

We travel A LOT with our toddler, carrying a car seat is a pain but definitely scared to use a rented car seat bc you don’t know the history of it. Also- we use a travel inflatable bed for him. So easy!

I agree with the car seat thing with ride sharing companies (Lyft, Uber, etc.), because any time I’ve brought my kid in one of these, I’ve brought my own & on more than one occasion I’ve had the driver thank me && one guy even went so far as saying that people, “never bring them and just hold their babies/young kids”. Which was wild to me and even wilder he allowed it. It would be a hard thing to navigate bc of insuance and also, bc they’d have to adjust the car seat and be knowledgeable about that for kids of different sizes & I’d think the majority of their rides wouldn’t use one so it’s not like they’d just leave it installed 24/7. Either way, I agree, once they work out the kinks, it’s a great idea!
For screen free families, you can use storytelling boxes with earphones.

i think youre a spring... your coloring reminds me of margot robbie in the way that ppl are split on whether she's a summer or a spring... which is probably why you can also pull off those summer colors but i think you shine brightest in the bright warm tones.
