This show feels more like some sort off gameplayadvice for players and how they can handle different situations than a real 1vs 1 show

@@skriv0in0navn the problem with this entire show is that no single vehicle is better than another, all of them are very situational and this entire 1v1 depends on what situations they choose which of course does not match up with player experience.

Honestly I'm sorry I know you have good intentions, but as a veteran player watching the 5 first episodes of this show has been painful, the comparisons are very unfair, the plays are extremely unnatural and the inaccuracies are numerous, please think about changing the format or make the duels less scripted. As of now this is just a demo for all the fancy systems in the game.
I concur. The tank movement and positioning does not match what I'd expect from real players.

yea like in the second round. The player wouldn't use the smoke screen and would have just shot especially when that tank has radar lock and the American tank if the smoke screen used would have just used machine guns to try and find the russian.

Surprised that the mbt won honestly. First 2 rounds were made for the missile carrier cause of the large open areas. Mbt shouldn't have gone in the open honestly
Khriz should have won every round, it could have sat behind a bush every round and used its thermals to easily see the mbt-70 every time and destroy it.
So what your telling me that this is a average game in warthunder?
Compare the MAUS with IS-7/ OBJ 279
That's no competition. IS-7 was made AFTER soviet designers examined Maus and came to conclusion that such tank can be produced and it might be useful to plan ahead. So IS-7 alone is already designed to counter Maus.
Better comparison would be to compare final generation of heavy tanks to first generation of MBTs.
IE Conqueror, M103, T-10M and Obj279 vs Chieftain, T-64 and MBT-70. Bigger tanks vs better tanks.

Also it can guide one missile with the radar and guide another one with its lazer as the missiles are both radar guided and beam riders
ok, this time they both in same BR for RB. but...... we have to add more thing, they they have to be in same vehicle type. so, there should be 9.3 atgm carrier against khrizantema instead mbt70. or, mbt 70 vs 9.3 MBT? maybe t72?

Wow look another tank versus that have vehicles that cant be compared to each other because its not fair. The Khriz has missiles that are 2x faster, gen 2 or 3 thermals and a really good radar for anti tank. Oh, and what does the MBT-70 have? That's right! It has a laser rangefinder. Just like every other tank at that BR. (Besides the Khriz of course, thats why it lost.)
Edit: The Khriz has a laser rangefinder for some reason. I guess the reason why the MBT-70 won was because it has a heat and smoke shell?
The MBT-70 is a better tank for the meta of the game. Shoots darts, highly mobile, has at least enough armor to stop AA tanks and HMG’s from front, fires on the move, 20mm turret etc

Multi million dollar tank vs some apc strapped with tracking radar and atgm seems fair
more like some apc with aimbot and tandem ATGM capable of penetrating up to 1200mm

@@serdarcam99 God, you're so wrong. First of all, the Krihzantema missile is way superior to the MBT-70's Shillelagh, not only is it faster but it also is tandem.
And the 20mm gun isn't coaxial, do you know what coaxial even means?
First of all... khrizantema is more advanced and probaly costs million dollars too. Second thing is that the atgm system is mounted on a IFV chassis (bmp3 chassis) and not on a apc chassis. Third thing is that the 20mm of mbt 70 is not coaxial

I have a vehicle idea for the game. The vespa 150 tap. It was produced by the French during ww2. It was a modified vespa that carried an m80 recoiless rifle. It was supposed to be used as transport but theoretically it could be fired.
Khrizentema completely dominate the American MBT70 in range because of the thermals and radar and not having to expose himself. The only scenario tha MBT70 maybe can win is in a street fight close range
Churchill III versus KV-2, I would love to see the victor of those 2.
Even if it is inaccurate I still really like the fact that the krisentena was flexing at their opponent and won.

Cant really say which is better than the other. Its always the position advantage or situation that makes one excel at a certain objective. This is a unfair comparrison

One has ground radar finding the target being and getting the first round off is easier for the radar tank. Playing them close range isnt something I see when coming against them. I always have them going long range hiding behind a short hill unless its a city map

What I don't get is
1)why the APDSFS developed for MBT-70 wasn't available to M60A2 and Sheridan aka tanks that actually had to use that(well, not the same, but compatible) gun-launcher in combat?
2)why was there a full switch to gun launcher unlike partition like what was done with british and american tanks in WWII ie 30-50% get gun launcher, 50-70% get new normal guns(105mm for Sheridan, german 120mm for M60A2 and MBT-70)?
3)why didn't M60 still get the composite it was supposed to receive even in "starship" variant which already was expensive either way?
4)was there a plan to fill in spaced armor on MBT-70 with composite?
1. Physics. Too much pressure in a much smaller gun launcher. 2. Purpose. The sheridan was pretty much exclusively for destruction and the starship was designed to be an atgm carrier. 3. The XM1 project was proposed in the mid to late 70s after the mbt 70 and after the m60 was declared obsolete. 4. No it was too heavy and expensive and was canceled before there was even a proposal to put composite in the tank.
Also, the 120 l44 gun was developed after the starship entered service and wouldn't fit in a starship turret
Comparing Apples to oranges
I think shooting down the ATGM with MGs or auto-cannons should not be taken as a possibility in vs. It is very hard to do and very rare. I do agree that the MBT-70 would win since most WarThunder maps are small. Other wide maps funnel players into urban areas because of the capture zones. It's rare to get a long-range map with capture zones you can guard from one thousand meters away.

How did I think the mbt70 in the thumbnail was an ISU
there's a couple of ways this should've gone. Have the MBT-70 use a smoke shell to blind the Khriz so it can't use its thermals, and then drive out of the Khriz's small radar scope and catch if off guard, or have the Khriz take a poor shot and the MBT-70 shred it with its 20mm
Nothing of this will work, exept maybe using mg 20mm to destroy ATGMs. If MBT-70 use smoke it is best for Khriz because Khriz can lock tanks through smokes, and alone tank in field has zero options to escape. And being in smoke, cannot even see ATGMs
Best way to MBT-70 is just shoot first with apsfds (with laser rangefinder) and kill Khriz, no smoking

If you move more than 15m spawn protection deactivates.
If the both fired their ATGMs at the same time, the Khrizantema will win because it’s missiles are supersonic.
This is a good reason to lower the battle ranking of the khrizantema 🌚

The more I watch this series the more I wonder whats the point of these videos.
This is such a strange show. It feels like they are trying to give advice on rarely used tanks or something but in the process they're diminishing the pros. Like that was radar strat is pretty big brain but the mbt-70 has smoke grenades that would save him. The duals feel just off.

i love the topic of this series, but I dislike how the matches are played, or either the player using the Khrizantema doesn't know a thing of how the tank is played (obvious fatal mistakes) or the matches are setup for entertainment and don't reflect the real performances and uses of the tanks
