I love knives and I enjoy your videos. Have you checked out the crossroads Sodbusters? I love them, I have 3 of them. It's my favorite new thing from Case.
@@Lunarpreparedness Usually a Vise. Though I'm sure pliers would work good. Especially those square jawed vice grips people use for brake calipers. I usually split a rubber hose in two and slip the knife in it, then put it in the vise.
@ ok. I understand. I’ve pinched a couple bolsters before on some rough ryders and Marbles knives and I used a vise with rubber padding. It worked pretty well and without marring the bolsters, but I wasn’t really sure how other guys did it.
@@Coopersboy7 I believe I have contacted them 4 times on different knives. Sometimes within a week. Sometimes a few weeks. Their service is A++ though a little slow sometimes. They're fixing it for free, I'll be patient. 👍🏻
I'll never buy another knife without looking at it first except cheapo knives like a Rough Rider every so often. Never had a bad one yet Why is it that all my Rough Riders have never had any problems?
What are some things you watch for when ordering a knife from an "unknown seller" online?
Thanks for sharing these tips! This can help new collectors for sure!
@@alexishatjialexiou7509 thanks 👍🏻

How long does it usually take case to contact you back about a warranty claim?
