  • A smoothed brown noise track combined with high beta wave isochronic tones, for ADHD relief and to improve focus. Designed for use with the widely used Pomodoro Technique time management method. The Pomodoro Technique follows the principle of working in short 25-minute sessions, followed by a 5-minute break.

Each 25-minute session is referred to as a Pomodoro (Italian for tomato). The technique was coined by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s, after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.
    5-Minute breaks and alarm notifications
A notification alarm is played at the end of each 25-minute segment to let you know it's time for a 5-minute break. Then, at the end of the break, another alarm is played to alert you that it's time to get back to the next work session.
During the 5-minute breaks the isochronic tones stop and the volume of the brown noise is reduced down to 30% volume.

    How does it work?
Use this isochronic tones session as a study aid or to help you complete a task and get things done more quickly and efficiently.
This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using beta wave isochronic tones, designed to increase focus and concentration.
Both ears start with the 10Hz frequency, which gradually ramps up until the 15-minute mark. At this stage, the right ear (left brain hemisphere) receives 40Hz for 5 minutes and the left ear (right brain hemisphere) receives 14Hz. This cycle is then repeated 9 times over the course of the 2-hour track.
    Headphones/Earbuds Are Required
As this session stimulates each ear with a different frequency, you do need to wear headphones/earbuds to get the full effect. To find out more about this type of split hemisphere stimulation, check out my article here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-e....
    What Volume?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.
► If you are new to this type of audio brainwave entrainment, find out how isochronic tones work and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-en...
    How should you use this?
The Pomodoro Technique follows the principle of working in short 25-minute sessions, then taking a break before continuing again for another 25-minutes, etc., etc. This enables you to cut out distractions and really hyper-focus and get things done in short bursts.
It's recommended that you take a 3-5 minutes break before starting a new session, to help you relax and give your mind a rest. Once you've completed 4 sessions, it's recommended that you take a longer 15-30 minute break.

I'm listening to this to help me resist the urge to drink. It's tough because once I start thinking about alcohol, I can't stop until I give in. My brain is fighting itself, and I'm just barely keeping my sanity.

I heard a trick on how to stop smoking, but i think it works on every addiction , that is if you start thinking about it, let the thought develop and fade out. If you avoid thinking about it is worse, because it returns harder.

I have used the Pomodoro technique to great effect in the past. Every now and then I get a little too distracted; at which point, I know it's time to start a the timer and get back on track.

Just curious, will this still help me if I’m simultaneously working on a grant application and listening to an unrelated documentary? Serious question.

It can help stimulate more brainwave activity that’s associated with being in a focused mental state. Unfortunately, it can’t influence what you choose to focus on.

Cantv waitv to try...sincere question here...is there a way we can check the audio for dark subliminal messages and subtly disharmonius tones?

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  22 дні тому +7

I don't think there's a way to check for subliminal messages using software or something like that. I can tell you there aren't any and I haven't put subliminal messages in any of my videos so far. If I ever did that, I would make it very clear in the title, thumbnail and description. Plus I'd list every word being said.
I see it as a trust thing. If I put in subliminal messages without telling people and got found out, I would lose people's trust and harm my channel. Which is the last thing I would want to risk or do.
On the flip side, I know there are lots of people out there looking for audio content with subliminal messages because I get asked to produce it. If I were to use subliminal messages, it would be in my interest to make it very clear I'm doing that. So that the people who want that type of content can find it. If I did decide to do that, I would probably put it on a separate channel to avoid confusion on my main channel.
      I hope that helps.
