Rick Rude was my favorite heel from the 80's and early 90's. His gimmick was exceptionally heel, but at the same time it was quite comical. He did almost a comedy routine to his matches. The way he would bend his back when he got hit or pretended to be hurt was hilarious and doing shit like having his tights ripped off in the middle of the ring in front of 1000's of fans. He also would put funny characetures of people on his tights to piss people off like Jake Robert's wife. And of course his epic ring entrances with that music and his torments of fat ,lazy, out of shape people in the crowds from each city. The kiss at the end that would make some random woman faint was pretty crazy too. And of course anytime you had Bobby Heenen by your side as your manager their was a whole other comedic aspect to it as well. He was a legend. And to this day hes still my all time favorite heel who ever did it. My dad never liked wrestling. He thought it was stupid and I could never understand why because I thought it was all real. But he definitely got a serious kick out of Ravishing Rick Rude and would laugh and joke with us about him or during a match if we were watching and he was home. So for Rick Rude to be that good at what he was doing to impress my dad who didnt care for WWF was pretty hilarious. There were some others too who I caught my dad enjoying like George "the Animal" Steele, Kamala, Iron Shiek, and JYD too. Not sure why those guys in particular he found so entertaining, but he most definitely did. It's crazy too because he passed away exactly one year after Rick Rude also of a sudden heart attack. @Real World Warrior lowen lmfao. Get out of here with that conspiracy bullshit.
WorldTravelA320 To non wrestling fans it wasn't,but to wrestling fans at the time it was a very big deal and sad news.
RickyRichReact Rick rude dieing was really shocking, I always liked his character and wanted him to make one final run in the wwf at the height of the attitude era against the rock stone cold Steve austin ect even though I'm not sure if the wwf would have even taken him back had he not died and then a month later Owen hart has his fatal in the ring accident it was tough to be a wrestling fan around this time.
One of my favorite wrestlers and he was absolutely gorgeous❤❤❤rip beautiful one.🙏💪
Please make Behind The Titantron
The self destruction of Ultimate Warrior
The controversial life of Randy Savage
The rise and fall of Shawn Micheals
Edge - Lita - Matt Hardy love triangle
And more
Tamzid Mohsin Khan I think it should be the Rise and Fall and Rise of Michaels, because Right Now he seems pretty good.
Don't forget the NWO
This a bad list. A video on deaths of British Bulldog, chyna, mike awesome and sean o'haire suicide and stone cold domestic abuse is great one
Brilliant episode once again, Ravishing Rick Rude was truly the most underrated wrestlers of all time. I have said before, he was so good he could drew heat from an ice cube
R.I.P.
He’s one of my favorites of all time💪🏻
Who’s here before 1 Million?
The Elite Wrestling Zone everyone
Awesome show as usual! I grew up loving Rick Rude! Major talent! His death was nothing shy of a tragedy.
He will always be one of my top 5 favorite wrestlers of ALL time!.
He was my favorite wrestlers when growing up. He did have a perfect body. I always wondered what happened to him. Thanks for sharing.
One of the greatest heels of all time. RIP Ravishing Rick Rude
He really was great.
Thanks for uploading the Behind the Titantron series on the Final Days of "Ravishing" Rick Rude. I'll be waiting for the next episode about the Final Days of Rude's buddy Mr. Perfect. Both Rude and Henning were two of the greatest heels in wrestling history and they sadly died young. RIP Ravishing Rick Rude and Mr. Perfect
I love this series you do a great job!! would love to see an episode about the last days of Sherri Martel.
Really looking forward to the final days of Curt Hennig. Please consider the Junkyard Dog for a future project. Great series!
RIP Rick Rude. Memory Eternal to him.
I'm gonna say this now.. after watching all of these wrestlers death too soon vids is that it takes me way back and really enjoyed the 80's and 90's. There was never a better time to be alive. The best movies, the best music, and the best of times. These days I just don't get it. R.I.P. to all that gave me such entertainment throughout my youth. It'll never be the same!!
Rick Rood was one of the treasures that made wrestling larger than life. His life story is not a sad story. Its an amazing story of kicking ass, becoming famous. Respected by your peers, and loved by them as well. Rick also had a beautiful family that loved him dearly.
Rick was a mans man, in a time when the world was full of real men. He was one of the best.
Rip ravishing Rick rude you’ll be dearly missed 🙏
😍
Wow, I just hit Rude's age when he died. It's a shame really, he could have lived today and still wrestling if nothing else was injured.
RIP to one of the greatest workers in wrestling.
Rick makes me want to grow a mullet and a mustache
And have a chiseled physique
Do it.
It’s crazy of how many dark and sad events have happened in pro wrestling history. Death, abuse, substance abuse, suicide, bullying, illness, the list goes on.
Fantastic series! Excellent work and please keep them coming!!!
RIP to the greatest heel of all time and one of the greatest wrestlers and performers to ever do it. You are sorely missed Rick. Thank you for the memories
You do an amazing job with these videos.. If you made an hour long video of Bastion Booger, I would watch it and enjoy it, because they are put together so well. Keep up the awesome work! Look forward to more vids!!
