Positivity

This was such a good episode to record. this week has been very good. Meeting with the mental health worker, that went well and gave me some real good thoughts on how to try and help myself. Eleanor got a service and now runs lovely. looks like I'm on a course for digital marketing, possibility of a job at the end of the course. need a chat with the doctor to assess if I'm able to do a sky dive for the MS society, would love the chance to do it.
