Could be low voltage. I would say have your batteries checked at a auto store. They can put it on a machine and see what the voltage is as well as if the batteries are good.
I'm going to amputee and I can't walk what do I do with all this extra stuff you have to do if I can't stand and I don't have nobody I'm by myself what do I do especially if I'm outside and there's nobody around what do I do just sit in the chair until somebody comes along there's too many things that can go wrong with a chair I'm supposed to be getting a chair in about 2 to 3 weeks I already had to send it back because they didn't measure my door correctly or the seat correctly or the color correctly that seemed before I get to sit in it I don't know if I want the power chair I might just end up with my manual chair it's hard to maneuver but I think it's going to be better than a power chair thank you
The power chair gives you more mobility but the manual chair won't break down you gotta decide what is best for you I have been stranded in my power chair several times it sucks
I have been getting a fault code little wrench and a little person when I am turning, a few days ago the chair turned on and for thirty minute blasted a beep noise. My wheelchair repair reset the chair but I am still getting a fault code.
Not sure what would be causing that. I would contact the manufacturer if I were in your shoes. They will be able to ask you some questions and hopefully get you an answer and resolution.
You would have to have an ohm meter and set your test meter to the lowest OHMS scale. Verify that the brake is engaged. Insert the test leads into the top two terminals in the plug. You should be reading the resistance of the brake. It will be between 50 and 85 Ohms. If you dont have one, you can take it to a local mobility store and have them test it.
I would look first into the charger. If no lights are coming on the charger, you may need to replace the charger with a new one. First I would make sure the outlet that you are using works (maybe plug a light into it to see if light turns on). If the outlet works and plugging the charger into it as well as the mobility unit and still no lights, possibly the charger. The charger should get warm after being plugged into the unit for an hour, it its warm, its working.
We do purchase power chairs from users depending on the make/model, age, condition and mileage. For that model we would pass. We have a couple that we still have and no room to store others. Thanks for thinking about us though.
We would need to have more information than that in order to assist you. You can always give us a call or leave more information in the post where we would be able to assist in troubleshooting.
This was just a video showing what to do if the unit wont turn on. It seems as if you have power to the joystick, your unit is turned on. In order to help find a resolution, you could let us know what the issue you seem to be having so we can help find a resolution.
To be honest, quite a few people we speak with about troubleshooting something such as this has access to a volt meter, A few people do not but a lot of customers we speak with do. If we can answer any other questions, let us know. Hope that answers your question and have a great day!
My Quickie is showing a warning for a battery system, can you tell me why it won't move

If you plug charger up to it and no charger light comes on are the batteries dead or what?

Not sure. You should have power. I would advise you to reach out to a local mobility store and have them take a look at it for you.
