CBeebies Recipes | Pork Prawn Cha

Ryan's mum is Vietnamese and she has taught him a special recipe called Pork Prawn Cha.
If you would like to have a go at making this delicious dish you will need:
1 dsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp garlic puree
4 spring onion
130g cooked and cooled pork mince
175g cooked and cooled prawns
4 sprigs of fresh mint
2 dsp plain flour
black pepper
1 egg
