Catfish is a popular fish that people eat in Thailand and Pearlina has been shown a special recipe that she cooks for her family. If you would like to try this delicious dish you will need the following ingredients:
200g sticky rice
330ml water
4 sprigs of coriander
1 dsp brown sugar
25ml sweet soy sauce
2 dsp water
2 long shallots
1 stem of lemongrass
4 catfish fillets black pepper
1/2 lime (squeezed)
