CBeebies Recipes | How to make Senegalese Mafé Fish

Naomi's mum has taught her a very special way to make a special Senegalese seafood dish called mafé fish.
This dish contains peanut butter so it is important that you get a grown up to check that the people eating this dish are not allergic to peanuts.
If you would like to try making this dish you will need:
4 dessert spoons of peanut butter
400ml water
2 dessert spoons of tomato puree
1 yellow pepper
1/2 dried chilli flakes
1 teaspoon of dried mixed herbs
80g sweet potato
4 savoy cabbage leaves
320g mackerel fillets
2 garlic cloves
2 long shallots
coriander for decoration
