'I have worked there for five years' is it means that presently I am not working there?
What is the difference between ' I have worked there' and 'I had been working there for five years'

The Malayalam sentence I gave was 'Njaan 5 varsham joli cheythittund' which means I'm not working there any longer. That's why the present perfect simple tense is used here. If the action is still continuing, the present perfect continuous can be used. Hope this helps! 😊

Both 'arrive' and 'reach' have the same basic meaning - to get to. The grammatical difference between them is that ‘reach’ takes a definite object without a preposition and ‘arrive’ takes an object after the preposition 'at.
E.g. We reached our destination in the morning.
We arrived AT our destination in the morning.
