School teachers cover it while teaching reported speech. MUST refers to indispensability and HAVE TO...responsibility. Teachers maker their instruction indispensable to the students who find it their responsibility. There is also a trend to use 'must' as it is in present tense and past tense. 2) 'will have to' is usually not much heard in spoken communication; people get it done with 'have to' or 'has to'. You have to get it finished by next Monday. Here, 'You will have to...' make it too formal. These are used by the 'users of language where refinement is the focus' , like language editors etc. Beginners and mid-level learners can live with a bit of overlaps. :) Personal observation.

Iam following lot of native and non native youtube channals but it is not help full to grasp quickly but your explanations are very simple and conveying ideas smoothly .
