Stripping Paint off of Hot Wheels - Finally the Right Way..!!! The CHEAP WAY..!!!

- So I finally discovered the correct way to strip the paint off of my custom Hot Wheels. And it’s not the expensive stuff..!!!
The stuff I’m using is "WATCO Paint and Poly Remover"

I swear I'm going to strip a few cars and just clear coat them.!! They look so good raw with no paint. I'm also going to find a DMC DeLorean and get it stripped. It will look like a real stainless DeLorean.! 🤣🤣🤣 really appreciate the great comment my friend.!! 😊🏎🏆

I was getting a bit discouraged with the stripper for awhile now. I'm glad that I stuck with it because you will get a much better finish if you start with a clean car. I am super excited to get started on your brother's car. Keep you posted my friend.!! 😊🏎🏆

I was getting very discouraged with the whole stripping paint thing. I'm super excited to finally getnthis all figured out. I'm not trying to troll or anything. I have much respect for you bro. I'm a fellow diecaster. I suggest trying Citrustrip paint stripping Gel. It's not as toxic but works the same if not better. It's not too expensive either. No promo Great Video Bro

Ever thought about the HarborFreight hand held sand blaster gun?
Bro I would smack a puppy for a Harbour Freight to be built within 100 miles of me.!! An I LOVE puppies.!! When o lived in Florida I lived in a Harbour Freight.!! I even bought a 18inch lathe from them and loved it. I'm pretty sure I can go online now but with an Amazon account I guess I just never thought of it. DID YOU SAY HAND HELD SAND BLASTER.!!! 🤔
@@AMAZINGRC they’re on Amazon too.. they’re a hand held sand blaster gun. You put sand in the hopper, connect it to an air compressor and blast away. They work great on small parts, so they’d be wonderful on a hot wheels car to strip them in a matter of minutes
How did you strip the paint but retain the tail lights at 6:07? What masking can survive paint thinner!
Sorry, I missed this question. To be honest, I didn't do anything.! The taillights just stayed put. Not sure why, must be made differently...
