    I don't think Junior developers are likely to be in danger. Because AI can generate code and human developers are essential for understanding business requirements, designing solutions, and maintaining systems. Collaboration between AI-generated tools and skilled developers is crucial. Developers who understand how to leverage AI-generated components will remain valuable.

      @nathanius57, thanks you for comment!
      While your optimism about AI and human collaboration is valid, my experience lead me to a different conclusion regarding the impact on junior developers. With a Master's in software development and 5 years leading teams, I've observed the operational dynamics within development teams closely.
      The crux of my concern is economic and efficiency-driven: as AI tools like copilots become more adept, companies might find a middle developer assisted by AI can achieve similar productivity levels as a team that includes junior developers, but at a significantly reduced cost. This 30-80% cost reduction, while financially appealing, potentially sidelines junior developers not because they lack value, but because the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of AI+middle developer setups make them a more attractive option.
