Cinnamon Bun and Morty are so adorable bunnies 🐰, together! Yummy hay! Nom, nom, munch, crunch! Beautiful bunny binkies and zoomies! Have a great day little 🐰 🐇 bunnies 🐰 🐇! Bunnies 🐰 🐇 RULE!
Your bunnies are so much fun to watch! I loved seeing them zoom around and jump for joy, showing their appreciation how you make their lives better. And there is CB at the end, demanding Morty to groom her. 😂
Thank you! Happy bunnies are fun to watch. All the hard work I put in to make them happy is totally worth it.😊🐰 CB's always demanding grooming, but sometimes Morty says no. LOL
I changed years ago. I use hay for horses. It's mostly assorted grasses and I haven't had any issues. I get mine at a local feed store. It's cheaper than a pet store by far.
Thank you. That's good to know! CB and Morty has been eating the new hay, and I'll keep feeding them this one for now. Yes, I've tried store bought hay, but they're overpriced and often not very fresh. I prefer getting bales from a feed store too!🙂🐰
We usually use Timothy, but orchard hay seems to be good too. That sounds like a good idea to mix Timothy and Orchard. I think bunnies enjoy a variety.😀🐰
I made the switch to orchard grass when I found out I can buy an entire nice green bale for the price of one shitty bag from petco. It lasts for several months and the buns love it with no issues.
We switched back to Timothy, but you’re right about pet store hay. They’re overpriced and usually not very fresh. Hay bales are a lot cheaper and fresh!🐰👍
If the eternally drowsy CB can fly, it means the hay is working. This looks like a Bunny version of Thor- Love and Thunder, now... CB stealing Morty's thunder n Morty is flummoxed...
My Son Kirby 🐇 & I say Hi. Did you ever see a Flemish Giant Free Roamer and Eating Chewing Machine 15 lbs of Fun, Fly? He does it in the morning. A thing of Beauty.🤗💘💞💕👍🥕🐰
Thank you. 🙂 I think they're eating enough. Their poops seem slightly smaller, but it may be because orchard hay is finer. I'll keep a close eye on their hay consumption.🐰
I absolutely can never find Timothy hay here in AZ. Orchard is about all I can find. That new stuff you got was mostly, if not all, orchard. Looked like the stuff I get here. I’ve never had any problem switching bunnies from Timothy to Orchard, and back. But if you can blend the two together, that’s the best. Abrupt changes are to be avoided, of course. I bought a bale of “Teff” hay, which is readily available here in AZ and OK for bunnies, but the bunnies hated it, and ate very little of it, so avoid Teff. I have gotten an occasional bale of Orchard with a bit of alfalfa and leaves and other stuff mixed in, it didn’t look good to me, but the bunnies went wild over the stuff, and ate huge amounts of it. Hay is an adventure…🙃
I've never heard of Teff hay. Interesting! CB's very picky about hay, and she has rejected few Timothy hay over the years, which is weird because she basically eats anything... LOL I'm glad she's eating this new hay. I'm still mixing in Timothy we have left, and I'll make sure they're eating sufficient amount. Thank you!😊🐰
Thank you. They've been eating it. Their poops might be slightly smaller, but maybe because orchard hay's finer and less fibrous? 🤔 It does seem a little less messy than Timothy. 😄🐰
@@CinnamonBunMorty I guess it would make the poop different, but as long as it's doing the same thing as the Timothy does it shouldn't affect them any differently, but you're right for monitoring it just in case. Have you tried ordering hay from Chewy? They should have Timothy available all the time. But since it is sold in mixes, like the one I have right now, it should be fine.
I've never ordered hay from chewy. I usually like to look at hay in person before purchasing to make sure it's fresh. CB's picky about hay. I might try ordering some from chewy though since it's hard to find Timothy in our area right now. Thank you!😊🐰
There's a few different brands, some of which I'd never get, but one or two that are okay. That's nice of you to go for the freshest first. Chewy can be a good backup plan in case you can't find it locally. There is a transition to getting used to new hays like orchard grass, and vice versa, so I'm sure they'll eventually enjoy it.

Thanks for watching!😊🐰
I changed to Orchard Hay a few months ago, DaisyMae loves it. My vet told me to mix it with Timothy Hay.
We usually use Timothy, but orchard hay seems to be good too. That sounds like a good idea to mix Timothy and Orchard. I think bunnies enjoy a variety.😀🐰
@@CinnamonBunMorty yes she is sneezing since we changed to orchard hay. That's why they want me to mix it.

I haven’t had issues with changing hay, unless they don’t eat enough

The orchard hay should be fine, they might just have to get used to it. It is less messy though.

True. CB has rejected some hay in the past, and I'm careful when choosing hay. Chewy's great.😀🐰
