interesting layout. the upstairs is perfect if you have kids,they would each their own room and bathroom, the loft area could be their play area and the media room can be their study where they go do homework or just relax and read a book. the 5th bedroom would be perfect for a teen or college student since it has its own loft space. the unfurnished room i can see being a craftroom/office if maybe the mom is a crafter & the downstairs one would be for the dad. i would get the backyard fence. if this was mine there is enough room for my garden & enough space for the kids to play and put a firepit. that how i would do it

This is a beautiful house, but for almost 2 million dollars there are unfinished spaces, that should be already finished for that price.
