beautiful home. I have been visiting many new construction open houses all over Atlanta and I noticed there are many master baths with dual sinks and mirrors facing each other. Mirror facing each other is a really bad feng shui. I wish more builders would learn about feng shui to build better designed homes that also allows smooth positive energy flow
The only thing I would change is, I would enclose that breezeway. Just thinking about bringing in groceries in the rain. Nice price for the space though.
Beautiful house but the kitchen is too small, if you're going to have a big house like that!!!! The kitchen needs to be bigger with plenty of counter space
I like the house but will have to go see it and see if that land can be manipulated the way I wish and the driveway up to the home can I LA the driveway with a big fence next to that neighbors home and widen the driveway up stone-way on that opposite side then really spend 1M on the Yard... and maybe another 300K on the home... that is if I can make that driveway and area up front private from the neighbors and that back yard will be easy to do up... if all that is done to give you the feel of privacy it can list way higher but possibly max at 4.2Ms.... if and only if done correctly.... I can see it and just need to spend it to see it come to pass... Also, see if it would appraise that high before doing all that or the max appraisal possibly with the drawn up plans.... before the project starts... NICE
