For those wanting to know the HEMTT Is a M977, this one by the winch and long tool box on the passenger side looks to be a M977A2, I drove the HEMMT from 1985 when they replaced the M520 GOER until 2009 when I retired, the M977 would coast when you let off the gas pedal where as the newer models have the JACOBS break built in.
it's great with army jeeps it's cars nowadays Vietnamese people love it with nostalgic lovers of the old jeep memories on the southern Vietnam battlefield and now it's very valuable high value in Vietnam thank you for showing us a wonderful memory
can you tell me what is the current value of it and if they sell them there are many there, and if we buy them, can we get a license to ship them to vietnam thanks
What you are hearing is the noise of the electric fuel pump which is in the fuel tank directly under the driver's seat. I see that you have an M151A2 which has a mechanical fuel pump on the engine, so you don't get that noise in yours.
@@pvt.partsm1515 Thank you Sir. My M151a2 got that noise before and the timing gear made by some kind of plastic nearly broken , luckily I replace it soon so no damage to the engine.
Excelente video. Saludos desde Venezuela.

Values of M151's here in the US vary greatly. I have no idea about shipping them to Vietnam.

The sound of the engine not good . It is seem to be the timing gear nearly broken.
