I always say that when you see me quiet understand that one of the other personalities aren't gonna keep quiet so I need to keep quiet so we can all be quiet and not be ignorant.

Jody Ann may I ask why you say that? The reason I ask is because I had to "get over" how my mom was in order for me to move forward in my life. I had to accept the fact that she had things go on in her child hood and life that she didn't get help for and she acted what she knew. It doesn't excuse things but it helped me to forgive, not so much for her but for me and my children.....

As a men I appreciate this conversation, after separating from my previous partner, I can see where we use to hit under the belt many times and gave a bad example to the kids we where raising, this level of understanding its deep, when Sarita said there's no need to respond to everything its told to you, silence and quiet you find confidence. you can outclass but not out trash. With today media it does not help at all neither.

After hearing this im going to continue to outrun my history and allow God to keep pouring into my spirit and soul for his glory. I was also delivered from hating on another woman in my younger years then realize it's all in my head how I view the next individual. People either make you bad or better.
