- Ingredients:
Delicious homemade lamb gravy
100 to 125ml of Boiling water
1 heaped tbs of Butter
1 tsp for crushed garlic
1.5 to 2 tbs of all purpose flour (depending on how thick you want your gravy)
Fresh Rosemary
150ml of Boiling Water to add to your roux
Cracked black pepper
Pinch of Salt

I will have to give your recipe a go next time. I made a lamb gravy today following a recipe that said to add dry white wine, the result was awful. I like that yours has butter, no alcohol and that you used boiling water to get as much off the bottom of the pan as possible. Look forward to trying your version :)
