There a lot of outland nationalist that think jews should look in some particular way. But, somebody that lives in |srael sees there is not such thing as exact jewish look. Gut Yomtov.

HaShem will bless you abundantly for attending ulpan as you take the initiative to be even closer to Him and His People Am Yisrael by understanding and loving His Holy language Ivrit Hebrew. Before the Tower of Babel (Bereshit 11:1-9) there was only Ivrit. Will there come a time in the future when Ivrit will be the only language in existence? Will multiplicity of language die as multiplicity of religion dies when Moshiach ben David reigns in Tziyon? Will there ever occur in the future a communal prayer and worship of HaShem that includes mankind, animals, trees, rocks, elements, the sun, moon, and stars, heavenly messengers, all creation, singing praises together in unison to HaShem in Ivrit? I enjoy praying and vocalizing Ivrit as I read from the Siddur and Tanakh or from the heart. I very much look forward to praying communally in a Shul in Ivrit, meeting regularly with my "sponsoring" Rabbi and with the Beit Din, and becoming an active positive contributing member of Am Yisrael in Eretz Yisrael. Baruch HaShem you are safe, blessed, and living well in Holy Eternal Yerushalayim, Tziyon, Eretz Yisrael. May HaShem release the captives in Gaza, keep the IDF and all Jewish Warriors strong and safe, return the exiles, establish the Third Temple in Tziyon, reveal Eliyahu HaNavi and Moshiach ben David, and bring eternal Shabbat and Shalom forever. May HaShem continue to bless you and Am Yisrael now and forever. Am Yisrael Chai!

I miss the food and the produce there among other things. I'm on mostly fruit diet too with occasional pescatarian.
