Hi Divya, Birth certificate ke liye kya SDM (City - Azamgarh, UP) se karana hoga ya SDM( Capital - Lucknow, Vidhan Sabha, UP) se karana hoga.
Before taking signature of any SDM ask MEA if they’ll accept other city’s SDM sign because MEA is one of the must important part of apostille

I just have a question, it is mentioned in the guidelines that employment certificate is required only for research students, but if people who are going for graduate studies also have work experience, should they also add their certificate of employment and if yes then should we get it apostilled too?
Yes you have to attach your experience certificates also but you don’t need to apostille it just do notary

Hello didu , how much they charge from us for apostillation process like per document i mean besides from actual charge of document
You need to pay 1200 per doc. the final and actual charges are 1200
For me the actual Apostille charge was 120rs per doc besides that I paid for notary which was 30rs per doc

Hi did you contact them it means them charge 200 rupees from us for apostillation and actual charge for document is 1000 rupee
