Some very interesting older vessels there. Very elegant lines, some of those older ones.

When I need to feel the smell of the sea in my nostrils, I watch one of your videos. Thanks, buddy.

I love the aviation vids, since that my forte, BUT when will we get another Bosporus shipping vid? IMHO, the best viewing in the world.

Are the Staits difficult to navigate?

The Istanbul Strait (aka Bosphorus) is especially difficult to navigate because it's very narrow, has strong currents and sharp turns. There's also a considerable local traffic with ferries that constantly carry passengers between the two sides. This is why a local maritime pilot is strongly recommended for cargo ships passing through the Istanbul strait.

Thank you Cavit. I really enjoy your videos and I learn a little something about parts of our world I will never see in person.
