Have a great road trip. 🚨 TRENT, here's a tip.. for happy life.. before you tell Allie no, or be Debbie the downer. Think of this. ( Trent's garage, Trent's rock crawler, Trent's trips to LA. For martial arts, Trent's Golf trips. ) Just a hint... If Allie wants to drive 500 miles the wrong way to the world's largest ball of yarn. Your answer is...Sure Babe, sounds like fun. Love too.
What a great video, so lovely to see you with Eamon and Bec and then celebrating their thanksgiving together that was really special. To see Eamon's enthusiasm over the van and his Dad. Trent being involved in the construction project it was so nice, then seeing Bec and Frankie with you so lovely. It reminded me that you both have been through so much these past few years, grief over loosing Allie's mother, the difficult circumstances around Leo's birth, Allie's post natal depression, then all the house stuff. Eamon and Bec loosing their friend Lee to suicide their grief around that and Bec's cancer and her treatment, then the miracle of Frankie combined with Bec's cancer returning and having Frankie at 33 weeks. So much you have all gone through yet there is always hope and you both have so much love and hope and joy in your lives because you choose to be happy. So admirable and a joy to watch. Great content , it was very heart warming xxx
@@Kelleena1on1 I wondered if it was Canada but when I saw their instagram post last week and lol they were with Eamon and Bec! and I knew i had guessed right.
Allie’s smile and excitement is something we haven’t seen allot lately. Although a delivery of supplies for the build is great for progress it’s not the same as family trips!! Go see that great big ball of yarn if that’s what intrigues you🤣
So great to see 2 of 4 van lifers/vloggers I started watching years ago coming together again after so much has happened in everyone's lives. Love the family and community it provides
The kids may not remember this trips events but they will be shaped and grow from your energy and time spent with them. Definatley worth doing it all. ❤
🤍🍏🫖 Nice video nice to see you having family time with your kids when they’re so young it is important. It may not seem like they remember it but it is establishing bonds and relationships.
Allie, I totally agree with your philosophy on traveling with young kids. As you said, travel brings opportunites to create resilency, the spirit of adventure and an adaptive personality. This isn't about Leo and Billy's future ability to remember this trip; it's about what this trip does to them interally, what skills it gives them, who it helps them become.
By the time I was a sophomore in high school my parents had taken us camping to 49 US States and every Canadian Province! It was a fabulous way to grow up. We were from SW Pennsylvania.
Yes to this! My parents took me to trips that I don’t remember, but now I’m able to travel by my self and interact with others because I saw them doing ALL MY LIFE. And you will always have the photos and videos. In this video they will always remember that dad was complaining a lot 😂. You should watch @flyingthenest (they do van travel with 2 kids and cruses / plane)
I've followed you & Eamon & Bec & Jordan & Kaylee & Max since you all started! It made me so happy to see you together again & all the Kids. Now we just need Sarah & Luca & Luce to join in! I've followed them for the same amount of time. So many memories of you all! ❤
It’s so easy to remember our own experiences and speak from those emotions, but the challenge in parenting is remembering kids don’t have those influences and trying to not pass our emotions onto them. Trent, you’re doing a lot of work (especially against anxiety). You do an outstanding job receiving Allie’s perspective and absorbing it as a reminder. Good work to both of you!
My husband and I travelled around Europa for 6 years and 4 of those years with 2 kids. After our second child started to walk, it became a little stressful and when our oldest son had to start school, we had to stop. But,- never regretted those years on the road and today our boys are stable grownups with good jobs and their own kids. They still love to travel and experience other cultures and are very happy that their upbringing was maybe a little 'weird'. 😄
So cool that Trent got to help with the shed build for Eamon's brother. We also know he ends up helping Jordan on his tiny house in Vermont. Friends helping friends is such a bonding moment, and it also allows Trent to take part in his number one hobby, even while on vacation. And since they are not his projects there is no stress, which is perfect while on vacation and traveling.
I love the friendships you guys have with other UA-camrs. I follow all of you, and it actually makes me feel like I personally know each of you, right? Enjoy the rest of your trip and I think I might know who is next.
We recently crossed the border going the opposite way to you, to spend a vacation in Pennsylvania, with my mother-in-law, 2 kids and a dog all packed into a mini van. It was stressful, but both crossings were smooth. Glad your's was too. Also the words, "I guess we're going to do it anyway, because my wife wants to do it." are the foundation of the world. 😂
So happy to see you guys back on the road and enjoying Canada and old friends (especially) friends that had a bad time with cancer love you all and being grateful for sharing see you on Friday
💕so very nice to see you together after all these years...Have been watching you both since those escapades all those years ago...So glad to see you get a chance to be together again. Love your content and enjoy watching your family grow and all your construction projects.. You are blessed...Thank you
Trent, you are a wanted man when it comes to your carpentry skills! Wild wonderful Off Grid, Nomadic Movement and Eamon and Bec's Brother/ BIL.... I'm so proud of you two for getting out there in your beautiful new van, taking a chance and running with it! Especially with a toddler and pretty much a newborn.... That couldn't have been easy, but you persevered and DID IT!! Leo has been a champ on this trip, he is such an amazing, smart little boy and I love watching him grow and learn so much...What a Beautiful gift of showing him our country and then Canada... What a great opportunity. You both are crushing parenthood together and that makes my heart SO HAPPY ❤. Blessings and Love to you All..🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
Allie, you said no matter where Trent goes he ends up finding construction projects to help with and my thought was...wherever you both go you end up finding "family" 😊❤
So nice of Trent to help Jordan out with his micro house and now helping Eamon and his brother. This was a successful first road trip with the family. Van life continues.....
this was the best episode I’ve seen from you guys in forever. This is so awesome that you guys did this. It’s so important to see people as somebody that’s lost a lot of people in the last so many years I’m telling you man not only his life is short, but you gotta do it. MAN got to.
I've been on the Maid Of The Mist twice in my life, And each time the ponchos rattle so hard from the wind created by the falls, But it was hot and that mist will soak you and cool you off quite nicely.
I am with Trent, saving those big sites for a time they can remember them & appreciate them…is the way to go. Maybe we are wrong…gotta keep watching to see.
So proud of you! I am 54 and my twins are 23 years old. We never did anything like what you do and not do I regret it! Keep on keeping on! When you're empty messing you will have no regrets! Love you all❤
We did it in a minivan with 3 kids in a minivan for 3 months to relocate to the White Mts after crossing the country to Iowa and back. We dropped the water purifier once in a motorhome and 3 gallons of water went everywhere, no glass WOW!
I love your van and I am so glad I finally got to go to Niagra Falls. So, special thanks to Allie for dragging us there, and big thanks to Trent for humoring us. It was the right thing to do and now you don't ever have to go back Trent! And it was very cool. Good to see you hanging out with old friends from early van days. Boy have things changed for all of you. Sending you love and looking forward to the rest of your trip. And I am so grateful to get to go along.
Love that you are visiting friends and continuing the connections you have made over the years. I watch faithfully both Eamon and Bec and the Nomadic Movement thanks to you. Keep the adventure going. Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤❤
Always do all the things! Even if you don’t think the kids will remember/appreciate it, you’re building their foundation - AND the activity is fun for YOU!
❤ I love you guys and I think it’s fantastic that you’ve all stayed connected as you and your van dwelling friends have transitioned to homes and children! Great adventure!!
Another great video. Brought back memories of taking our twin 3 year olds on a boat tour of the pictured rocks on Lake Superior. One of my sons hated the engine noise (it was loud). It freaked him out. But, in the end, I’m glad we did it. You are right that taking kids out of their element can only be beneficial to them. They learn so much. ❤ from Michigan.
I really enjoy all of your content! I have began watching you two years ago, when you were overseas and Allie was having a problem with her eye. I remember how gracious she was about it. I have really enjoyed watching you two ride bicycles, ski, swim, and all of the traveling in ‘Pamela Anderson’ i think my favorite video you created was the day Trent proposed to you, Allie. That was so wonderful! Every video has been fun ever since. Thanks for keeping it real for all of these years!
🎉 I called it!! LOVE Eamon and Bec!! Also, thanks for showing the crossing because I'm planning on going to Canada in the next few months and now I know what to expect ❤
Absolute joy seeing you in the van!! Things are different (little loves along) it’s been fun watching all the home build videos but Trent & Allie in a van again 10/10 ❤️ plus reuniting with friends - priceless
Such a special trip. Waterfall, Eamon and Bec - construction, thanksgiving. Great friends. So great you are taking the boys on all these adventures it’s not easy but absolutely worth all the travelling skills they learn and become well adapted to great adventures.❤️Well done you are amazing parents.❤️
Hello from Ontario, Canada. I guess it’s a dad thing to expect the negative part of doing new things. My husband is the same. Scared we wouldn’t like it. Ali, I am like you, more positive. We travelled with my girls when they were the same age as Leo. They are in their early 20’s now and they often look at our photo albums and talk about what they remember in the younger days. So, no matter how old they start travelling, they will remember and will love to continue travelling when they discover their independence. Thank you for bringing me on your vacation.
Just reminded me of the time we crossed the border with a sword bing declared as we were on our way to a Karate tournament!!! Generally the crossings are anxiety free from eastern access points!!!great family vacation!!❤❤❤
Love watching all of you and your friends videos. Subscribed to all of them. I found yours first and the others separately. So cool when I learned how you were all connected. Leo did great at Niagara Falls. He is getting so big and Billy is a cutie pa tootie!!! God bless and safe travels. 😊🙏❤️
Yes Allie ‘this is going to be fun”! Trent’s new at this dad thing ‘this may not be fun’ hahah for dad!ha But yes, you always want to speak positivity into the day. Great job parents.
Allies face said it all…..the genuine happiness is apparent. These memories will be somewhat there. I remember road trips and I might have been 4 but bits and pieces at 3. Enjoy your trip….yall deserve the break.
So fun to find out you have a connection with Emmon and Bec, I've been watching them about the same amount of time i've been watching you, And it's been fun watching them grow in parenthood and life. Another Person I watch is max, On max and Occy, And it turns out they are very good friends as well. Such a fun community.❤
I love the Canadian side of the falls. We loved the Maid of the mist, walking through the tunnels behind the falls, and the Rainforest Cafe. If you do the tunnels, they loan you rai coats and boots. I think that the falls is a wonderful experience. Billy won't remember but the rest of you will. Glad you are visiting Eamon and Bec. Frankie is getting so big now and she is so expressive. If you ever need a stop in Southern New Jersey, you have a home here. Sending you all virtual hugs!
It is so great seeing you with your wonderful friends all with children. I have been watching you back from when you were all living in vans. I’m enjoying seeing you all now with children. So fun. And you have the best friendships. I wonder if they are so strong because of Van life. I’ll bet that is part of it.
Best Chanel crossover I could have asked for, I’ve been following both couples life for a long time now and I am always happy to watch you together in the same video. Plus the kids together 😮 Love from Uruguay
Following you since the early first van mountain biking era. I’m a former hippie traveler grown old. Enjoying your adventures! A beloved boyfriend and I first traveled in a 1940s era van with a manual choke and gearshift on the floor. In the 70s, you could pull over and camp in a field or on the side of a gravel road in the mountains. Some adventures have “ to be continued”.
As a Canadian, I'm so happy you're visiting our beautiful country and happy your experiences are all good. Welcome!! Sometimes I think we're too quiet and humble about what we are fortunate enough to have as our home. It's an amazing country and we are very welcoming to you, actually to everyone. Enjoy and breath in our northern air.
You are so right traveling and camping with your children early! We will spend Thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids camping in Texas. Road trips and camping are a family joy for us. I learned from my parents and my grands love it now. Enjoy travel with them at every age!
I defintely recommend to go back to the falls when leo and billy are a lil older. 10 would be a decent age. Yes its a tourist trap but it is very cool as a kid. Do maids of the mist again, when they can understand the nature and beauty of it as well as its history. And history with the barrel jumpers Ripleys believe it or not, hersey factory, gaming spots and more its great! Theres also a huge bridge over rapids. Lots of nature stuff to do around it look it up! Not just the gimmicky stuff ^-^ Also in the winter they do a beautiful christmas light walk display
Love the Canadian Accent, Eh! My grandfather is from Nova Scotia, it's been since the late '60s & early '70s since I've been in Canada, you all brought back crazy memories with this traveling adventure, thank you Trent, Allie, Leo, Billy and Eamons clan for sharing....🚐🥰
My husband and I were at Niagara Falls October 15 16 and 17. Who knows, we may have been standing next to each other watching the Falls or even on the same boat.😊
They *will* indeed "remember" because later they will see the pictures and videos you take now. That's what happened with our family. Last fall, before he passed away, my brother (who had dementia) and I still "remembered" and chatted about trips with our folks waaaay back in the 1950s. Yes, it is all worth it!!!
Love it. Allie this will be great and Trent well this that haha. That is me and my husband. He is always happy with my crazy plans in the end no matter his hesitation.
GOOD U guys are letting the boys discover things that they may not later in life ... there is tons that i havent and i'm now 63 ... with some regrets ... also good to see you all having fun
So glad you got to visit with old friends and enjoyed yourselves...neat that you also know Eamon and Beck....all of my peoples I watch along with Jordan and Kylie and others.

Oh wow this is great way to kick off a Monday morning love seeing you all visiting all your old friends again ..❤❤❤❤
It's so good to see you guys together again. Van life has sure changed, but not in a bad way.
Trent, you're in Canada now. Instead of saying, "that looks like Beef Wellington, huh?", you have to say "that looks like Beef Wellington, ay?"
Welcome to Canada 🥰
Always do all the things! Even if you don’t think the kids will remember/appreciate it, you’re building their foundation - AND the activity is fun for YOU!

It’s not “Tor Ron toe”. For locals, it “Tor Ron ah”. lol. Love you guys! Enjoy our country! ❤️🇨🇦
Best Chanel crossover I could have asked for, I’ve been following both couples life for a long time now and I am always happy to watch you together in the same video.
Plus the kids together 😮
Love from Uruguay
...and dont forget about E&B cross-over adventures with Max...
I'm hoping they all get together with Sara, Luca, and Luce at some point!
You bring back memories....glad we made them when we did, eh?!?
So glad you got to meet Frankie!
Billy’s hat is super cute. If someone handmade it, my compliments to them! 💙🤎
Did the Maid of the Mist trip way back in 1971! Happy memories 😊
First dose of the falls mist was in early 1950s...😮😅😂
Thats lovely you got to finally vist Eamon and Bec little Frankie 🥰 catch up together .
You are so right traveling and camping with your children early! We will spend Thanksgiving with our kids and grandkids camping in Texas. Road trips and camping are a family joy for us. I learned from my parents and my grands love it now. Enjoy travel with them at every age!
Such a great trip and scenery with Eamon & Bec. Leo is at an age when he can explore so much more and have fun!🌻
I absolutely love Eamon and Bec 💖
I love Bec and Eamon!!! ❤️
I defintely recommend to go back to the falls when leo and billy are a lil older. 10 would be a decent age. Yes its a tourist trap but it is very cool as a kid.
Do maids of the mist again, when they can understand the nature and beauty of it as well as its history. And history with the barrel jumpers
Ripleys believe it or not, hersey factory, gaming spots and more its great! Theres also a huge bridge over rapids. Lots of nature stuff to do around it look it up! Not just the gimmicky stuff ^-^
Also in the winter they do a beautiful christmas light walk display
Love the Canadian Accent, Eh! My grandfather is from Nova Scotia, it's been since the late '60s & early '70s since I've been in Canada, you all brought back crazy memories with this traveling adventure, thank you Trent, Allie, Leo, Billy and Eamons clan for sharing....🚐🥰
As I'm getting older, I remember a quote (don't know who said it)... "you can't buy old friends". Great you are catching up with folks from the past.
I’m so enjoying these new van adventures!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Wonderful to see you share a Canadian Thanksgiving with Eamon & Bec. Welcome to 🇨🇦 !!!
Love it. Allie this will be great and Trent well this that haha. That is me and my husband. He is always happy with my crazy plans in the end no matter his hesitation.
