    Thanks for this video. I am going to Huatulco for 6 days at the beginning of December. I’m generally not a beach person ( I don’t swim, but like beer and seafood), but spent to nights there last November at the end of my trip to Oaxaca. I had got a cheap flight to Huatulco, went from the airport to Zipolite for 3 nights and then went to Oaxaca city for day of the dead, spending six days there. I then went to Juchitan, but unfortunately something happened to my knee on the six hour bus-ride there. I stayed in Crucecita and will again. The only beach I visited was Santa Cruz, which I limped to. I liked it, but am looking forward to visiting the other beaches you showed, and also to going to Pochutla for the Monday market day (which I learned about because the minibus from Zipolite to Oaxaca took what seemed like an hour to crawl through the town:).

      Yes, it's definitely on my return list! I'd probably stay further west next time near Puerto Angel. Where do you usually stay?

    Nice video. I went last year for a few days and I only had time for a boat tour of the bays. I look forward to going again and going to the waterfalls. Did you do or recommend any of the food/coffee tours?

      @1985salvador I didn't do any of those tours. However, I met 2 people down there, and they took a local food prep tour/class at a locals home farm. They were shown and prepared authentic Mexican cuisine. They both loved it and said it was well worth the cost. They met the lady at the Santa Cruz farmers/craft fair

    What's your advice for belongings safety whilst you go snorkelling?

    • @destinationunknowntravel8157
      @destinationunknowntravel8157  17 днів тому

      @TigerheartedWolf interesting question. I was mostly with people when I went off snorkeling. Although I didn't know anyone prior to getting there so there's trust that they're good, which they were. Honestly, I would strike up a conversation with the people that are around you, and then ask them to watch your stuff while you go. I've not had a problem anywhere by doing that

      @@zes720 Their water treatment plant is very good. I brushed my teeth with tap water and even used tap water in my water bottle on my last day to see if I would get sick. I didn't. You can drink the tap water
