In today’s podcast Andrew is joined by dietitian Belinda Reynolds. Belinda has over 15 years experience in integrative medicine and has a true gift for pulling clinically relevant information from research. Today she takes us through extemporaneous dispensing of calcium-D-glucarate. Calcium-D-glucarate has some great clinical applications for gut and liver health, and plays an important role in preventing recirculation of toxins in the detoxification process.

So if you have some gut dysbiosis is calcium d glucarate not helpful? Most people have some gut issues especially if they have hormone imbalance in the first place.

It will take way more than the suggested dose (900mg) in this discussion to replicate the efficacy of the mouse studies. The dosage suggestion(s) here are misleading and misinformed.

If you were to take Seasonique to stop your period because of bleeding twice per month irregularly, wanting to bleed 4x per year, and you also took DIM + Calcium D Glucarate, would that cause you to continue to bleed anyway? Because of the supplements causing you to excrete the estrogens from the birth control pills? I am celibate so getting pregnant is not an issue.
