Awesome job bud! I have a norwood sawmill, came with ceramic guides. I swappes em out for cooks adjustable roller guides, massive upgrade imo. Just a tip if you aren't liking the ceramics

Do you find that the winch draws a lot from the battery system?
It hasn’t seemed to have caused any issues, never had to recharge the battery after a full day of use.
