Wim, we are the same age. I was an amateur endurance athlete my whole life. I had to battle a rare cancer. I was doing the breathing exercises and cold water before it happened. I got back to it as soon as I could. It’s been 3 years now. I have my own cold plunge. And I go in 33 degrees 8-10 minutes daily. And twice daily in the summer. I am here for my family. I am getting stronger every day. Thank you my brother!
