My husband ordered one of these through Amazon UK. When it came it turned out to be not new at all - someone had written on the Presentation Page. Because my husband had ordered a new one, this was an enormous disappointment. We have returned it, but someone (not Amazon) slipped up badly here and did obviously not check returns at all. We are very unhappy about this.
