So interested in cooking I love cooking . The only thing are the engredient that are not familiar to me bec have to go in Japanese mkt. to buy those ingredient . Which you can't find in other mRket . Maraming salamat sa Judy Ann’s Kitchen at Masterchef, mga favorite kong food/cooking related shows both on TV at sa UA-cam kasi nung una di talaga ako nakakapagluto ng maayos. Pero dahil sa mga shows nila, natuto ako ng skills sa pagluluto, at sa mismong mga pagkain (flavors, techniques, etc) kahit di naman ako nagpursue ng culinary degree. 🙂 Sobrang nakakamotivate at less stress ang mga ganitong show.
Kaya love ko tong cooking show ni juday eh...very real. Karamihan gnyan magluto, yung sabay sabay di ba. Halimbawa nagluluto ako ng chopsuey and at the same time niluluto ko din yung kapartner nya na porkchop pati dessert sinasabay ko rin ang prep or cooking.😊

I tried cooking yasai itame but since wala akong mongo sprout I used baguio beans (hahahah why not?) masarap pa rin naman. and kastsudon. Juday really inspire me to become innovative in my cooking. Habang pinapanood kita parang gusto ko n ring matutong magluto. Asawa ko kase nagluluto s bahay at lagi paulit ulit lang menu s bahay filipino food sinigang, adobo, nilaga, prito isda. Parang na inspire ako n magluto, problema lang di ako makakain pag ako nagluto.
